Dusty & Donut Race: EKH Gender: Male Color: blue & white black Born: 02.07.2026 Compatible with: same species The two brothers Dusty & Donut were reported to the animal shelter as a "stray family". While we were still considering how to best secure the two boys on the premises, field and area fires broke out in the summer heat near the discovery site... It was clear that the security had to be expedited and started immediately. We, Dusty & Donut, were lucky and marched immediately - hungry as they were - into the live trap and are now safe. Now the two about 4 months old kittens just need a patient beautiful home - because they have not had much to do with people so far - except that a food bowl appears regularly at a feeding station. Our cat children must be spayed or neutered at 6 months of age. This must be proven to the association by a spay/neuter certificate. Desired home: A cat-experienced family - with or without children - with a lot of patience but also fun to play with the two and the knowledge that cuddling and petting is not possible at the moment, would be the best home for the two young cats. – doppeltes Glück Status: offen Name: Dusty & Donut Rasse: EKH Geschlecht: männlich Farbe: blau & weiß schwarz Geboren: 02.07.2026 Verträglich mit: Artgenossen Die beiden Brüder Dusty & Donut wurden dem Tierschutz als eine „Streunerfamilie“ gemeldet. Während wir noch überlegten, wie die Sicherung der beiden Jungs auf dem Gelände am besten bewerkstelligt wird, kam es unweit der Fundstelle in der Sommerhitze zu Feld- und Flächenbränden… Damit war klar, dass die Sicherung vorgezogen werden und unverzüglich starten musste. Wir bzw Dusty & Donut hatten Glück und marschierten sofort – hungrig wie sie waren in die Lebendfalle und sind nunmehr in Sicherheit. Nun brauchen die beiden etwa 4 Monate alten Kitten nur noch ein geduldiges schönes Zuhause – denn von Menschen haben sie bisher nicht besonders viel mitbekommen – außer, dass regelmäßig ein Futternapf an einer Futterstelle auftaucht. Unsere Katzenkinder müssen mit dem 6. Lebensmonat kastriert werden. Dies ist dem Verein durch eine Kastrationsbescheinigung nachzuweisen. Wunschzuhause: Eine katzenerfahrene Familie – mit oder ohne Kinder – mit viiiieeel Geduld aber auch Spaß daran, mit den beiden zu spielen und dem Wissen, dass Kuscheln und Schmusen derzeit noch nicht möglich ist, wäre das tollste Heim für die beiden Jungkatzen.
