Adopter Elvis and Peanut Butter

Abyssinian · Mâle · Chaton · 4 mois

Traduction bientôt disponible.

Like other small pets, they should be kept safely away from other animals in the home. As prey animals, they may feel threatened by the presence of other species such as dogs and cats. Guinea pigs can make lovely pets for all the family; they are loveable and charming little animals. Some confident piggies can rule the roost with their wheeking for veggies and demands of a cheeky little head rub from the get-go. Being prey animals they can get spooked quite easily, and it may take time for some guinea pigs to feel safe in their new home. Like any animal, treating them with kindness and patience, you will provide them with a safe environment for them to gain confidence. The minimum accommodation for a pair of guinea pigs consists of a 6 x 2ft sheltered space, such as a hutch, Wendy house, shed or indoor accommodation. Along with a 6 x 4ft wooden framed run with a removeable/hinged lid, or equivalent indoor free-range space (if no access to garden) with a minimum of 18inches high. Discover the perfect care tips for guinea pigs in our care guide: 01219-Small-pet-care-guide_GPig_A5-WEB.pdf Elvis and Peanut Butter were born in our care and our now ready to find their forever home.
