Fiona (no. 22760) is a former mother cat who came to the animal shelter pregnant. She gave birth to 9 kittens at a very young age. She really didn't know what was happening. Now that the kittens are gone, she is a bit calmer, less erratic in her behavior. She can lash out suddenly. This is especially true when she experiences stress, for example when other cats are around. Or if you make a sudden or unexpected movement. She can be very sweet, but it's best to let her take the initiative when it comes to affection. She should not be placed with children or other cats.
