Holly aura besoin de construire sa confiance pour sortir et se promener en laisse et de façon progressive pour s'habituer au monde autour d'elle, à son rythme. Une fois qu'elle vous connaît, elle aime les attentions, s'installer tout près et être gâtée avec plaisir et avoir ses poils brossés. Holly est un Maltais de huit ans. Elle a un caractère timide et effacé. Les adoptants devront être pleins de patience, de compassion et de compréhension. Elle cherche un foyer avec des adoptants adultes dans un environnement calme. Holly a peur des nouvelles personnes qui viennent chez elle. Elle pourrait vivre avec un petit chien calme ou être tout aussi heureuse en tant que seul chien du foyer. Elle n'a pas d'histoire avec les chats, les petits rongeurs ou le bétail, et elle cherche à être le seul chien du foyer. Elle est habituée à la compagnie donc le temps passé seule devra être progressivement augmenté. Elle voyage bien en voiture.

Holly may be small, but she is a little pocket rocket with a diva streak and a big personality! Once she gets to know and trust you, her sweet and loving nature really shines through. She loves spending time with her people, playing, enjoying plenty of fuss, and rolling over for belly scratches. Holly walks beautifully on her lead and enjoys getting out and about, although she may need some encouragement to continue building her confidence in new situations. Going at her pace and allowing her to take in the world gradually will help her thrive. A lover of life's little luxuries, Holly adores being groomed and pampered and will happily sit for a brush and some attention. Cheese is one of her favourite treats and a great way to win her over! Holly will need a reminder of her housetraining in her new home, but with patience and consistency she is sure to settle into a routine. For someone willing to give her the time and understanding she needs, Holly will reward them with affection, companionship and unwavering loyalty. Holly is an eight-year-old Maltese Cross Pomeranian with a gentle, sensitive nature. She can be shy and timid when meeting new people, so her adopters will need to be patient, compassionate and understanding as she settles into her new home. Holly is looking for a quiet home with adult adopters who can help her build confidence at her own pace. Holly can be worried by unfamiliar visitors to the home and prefers a calm environment. She could potentially live with a small, calm dog, although she would be equally happy as the only dog in the home where she can enjoy all the attention. She has no known history around cats, small furries or livestock. She is used to having company, so any time left alone will need to be built up gradually. Holly travels well in the car and forms strong bonds with her main caregiver, making her a wonderfully loyal companion.
