❤️ HE’S WATCHED SO MANY OTHERS GO HOME ❤️ Time and again, John watches other dogs leave the shelter. They are chosen. They begin their journeys. Their happy-ever-afters finally start. And John stays behind. 😔 Now around 2½ years old , John is a stunning large-sized boy with the most wonderfully gentle nature — and somehow, he's still waiting for somebody to see just how special he is. John has a heart of pure gold . ❤️ He is calm, gentle and beautifully behaved , as well as being friendly with other dogs . He has a lovely medium energy level too — happy to head out and enjoy a good walk, but equally content simply spending time beside the people he loves. He's not asking for an extraordinary life. John would be perfectly happy with the things so many of us take for granted: a warm bed, a comfortable sofa, lovely walks, companionship and somebody he can finally call his own. Most of all, he needs to experience what he's watched happen for so many other dogs. He needs to be chosen. 🥹❤️ At 2½, John has so much life ahead of him and so much love waiting to be given.
