Loretta the cat came to our shelter as a stray on 10.07.2026 from Paderborn. She was estimated to be around 9-10 years old. She was spayed, but had no other identifying marks and was not reported missing. The lovely lady cat has settled in well and has completely shed her initial shyness. She is also very tempting for treats. She purrs at you as soon as she sees you and shows herself to be very affectionate and cuddly. She gets along with the other cats now, but doesn't need them to be happy. Since Loretta was found outside, we assume she is used to outdoor access. Therefore, it would be nice if she could also have outdoor access in her new home.

Katze Loretta kam als Fundkatze am 10.07.2026 aus Paderborn zu uns ins Tierheim. Sie wurde auf ca. 9-10 Jahre geschätzt. Sie war auch kastriert, trug aber keine weiteren Kennzeichen und wurde leider auch nicht vermisst. Inzwischen hat sich die hübsche Katzendame gut eingelebt und hat ihre anfängliche Schüchternheit komplett abgelegt. Sie ist auch sehr bestechlich für Leckereien. Sie schnurrt einen an, sobald sie einen sieht und zeigt sich überhaupt sehr anhänglich und verschmust. Mit den anderen Katzen kommt sie inzwischen klar, braucht sie aber nicht zu ihrem Glück. Da Loretta draußen gefunden wurde, gehen wir davon aus, dass sie Freigang gewöhnt ist. Daher wäre es schön, wenn sie auch in ihrem neuen Zuhause Freigang bekommen könnte.
