Size: medium-sized, approx. 15 kg. Location: Romania. Malaya used to live on the street; her presence bothered the neighbors, who called our animal welfare volunteer. Now Malaya lives with her small pack. She shows herself to be socially compatible and friendly toward both female and male dogs. Malaya is also familiar with life alongside cats. She’s a calmer dog, well-balanced, and at the prime of her life. Who will welcome Malaya into their home? The assessments of the dogs refer to their current, familiar living environment—i.e., in their usual surroundings with familiar caregivers and within their existing pack. We cannot predict, or can only partially predict, how a dog will behave in the future, especially after moving to a new home. Each animal is an individual and will continue to change and develop. From the age of 8 months onward, a rapid test for the four most regionally significant parasitic diseases is performed; dogs are usually neutered from the age of 10 months onward.

Sie zeigt sich sozialverträglich, freundlich zu Hündinnen und Rüden. Malaya kennt auch das Leben mit Katzen. Sie ist eine ruhigere Hündin, ausgeglichen und im besten Alter. Wer holt Malaya zu sich nach Hause? Die Einschätzungen der Hunde beziehen sich auf den aktuellen, gewohnten Aufenthaltsort, also im gewohnten Umfeld mit bekannten Betreuern, im vorhandenem Rudel. Wie ein Hund sich in der Zukunft, vor allem nach einem Umzug in ein neues Zuhause zeigen wird, können wir nicht bzw nur bedingt voraussagen. Jedes Tier ist ein Individuum, wird sich verändern und weiterentwickeln.
