Mika is a beautiful 3‑year‑old Caucasian Shepherd, weighing an impressive 46.5kg. Despite a difficult start in life, she remains a gentle, affectionate girl who deserves a second chance at happiness. Because of her size and breed, Mika needs plenty of space and would not be suitable for a flat or small home. She would thrive in a larger property with a substantial garden, or even a smallholding or farm where she could enjoy time outdoors with access to appropriate shelter such as a barn or large outbuilding. It is currently unknown whether Mika has previously lived in a home environment or if she is house‑trained. Mika is a true gentle giant. She is good with other dogs and could happily live alongside one or more canine companions. She has met the resident Islay cat and showed little interest, so with careful introductions she may be able to live with a dog‑savvy cat. Mika has a playful and affectionate nature, loves attention and cuddles, and enjoys meeting new people. Due to her large size and the possibility of accidentally knocking over younger children, she would be best suited to a home with children aged twelve and over.
