…when I took in three unfortunate little kittens—sneezing, with runny noses, sick eyes or even missing eyes altogether, and suffering from severe ear mites—they were all significantly underweight. The kittens are nearing the end of their treatment; you could even say that Wicia—the little pirate cat—is already fully recovered. The only remaining issue is closing up the eye socket, but that’s not an urgent matter and we can address it after adoption, once the kitten has grown a bit more. Wicia is brave, energetic, and curious; he eagerly seeks human contact. The absence of one eye doesn’t bother him in the slightest. Near the end of treatment is also his sister, Wera, who is much calmer and more shy—but when picked up, she happily enjoys being cuddled. As for Wasyl, his eyes are still being treated. There’s significant progress, but administering the eye drops will take a bit longer yet. This little guy is a real couch potato, absolutely loving to lounge around on blankets. This sweet hedonist wouldn’t turn down a tasty treat either. The kittens have been dewormed and flea-treated; they’re currently staying at a foster home in Wejherowo.
