Pinguin and Paddy were found together in the woods, tied to a tree. Two PPP dogs that were not microchipped and were no longer welcome in their home. He is very people friendly, loves to be petted. Paddy deserves a chance. He was treated for leishmaniasis, but has kidney damage. In a home, his life will improve and get better. As with most Power/PPP dogs, we prefer a dog-only environment. In Spain, you will need a PPP license and insurance. Other countries depend on their laws, talk to us.
