Pompon is approximately 3-3.5 years old and weighs just 6.5 kg. He is a small, delicate dog who has recently been in the shelter and is just getting to know his new surroundings. Despite the change he has experienced, he has been known from the beginning as a calm, gentle and very people-friendly dog who is eager to seek contact with humans and feels good in their company. He likes the presence of people, pays attention to them and approaches with interest to be close. Neither in the first days of his stay, when he was clearly disoriented by the new situation, nor during veterinary procedures did he show any aggression towards us. In appearance and behavior, Pompon is very similar to a miniature Spitz. He has a beautiful, long coat that will require regular grooming to remain in good condition. He is a dog with a calmer temperament, but at the same time he is not a very submissive dog. He lives in a collective box with both males and females and functions well in dog company, does not start conflicts and does not seek provocation. However, he can set his own boundaries, so he will best find himself in a home with a calm, emotionally stable resident dog that will not dominate or provoke him. Pompon is learning to walk on a leash and does so at his own pace. Every walk is a new experience for him, so he will need patience and support from the owner to gain confidence and move freely outside the shelter. We are looking for a home for him that will provide him with peace, a sense of security and a lot of affection. Pompon is dewormed, vaccinated and chipped, and will also be neutered before adoption.

Pompon ma około 3–3,5 roku i waży zaledwie 6,5 kg. To niewielki, delikatny pies, który od niedawna przebywa w schronisku i dopiero poznaje nowe otoczenie. Mimo zmiany, jaka go spotkała, od początku dał się poznać jako spokojny, łagodny i bardzo proludzki psiak, który chętnie szuka kontaktu z człowiekiem i czuje się dobrze w jego towarzystwie. Lubi obecność ludzi, zwraca na nich uwagę i z zainteresowaniem podchodzi, aby być blisko. Ani w pierwszych dniach pobytu, kiedy był wyraźnie zdezorientowany nową sytuacją, ani podczas zabiegów weterynaryjnych nie pokazał wobec nas żadnej agresji. Wyglądem i zachowaniem Pompon bardzo przypomina szpica miniaturowego. Ma piękną, długą sierść, która będzie wymagała regularnej pielęgnacji, aby pozostała w dobrej kondycji. Jest psem o spokojniejszym usposobieniu, ale jednocześnie nie jest typem bardzo uległego psa. Mieszka w boksie zbiorczym zarówno z samcami, jak i suczkami i dobrze funkcjonuje w psim towarzystwie, nie wszczyna konfliktów i nie szuka zaczepki. Potrafi jednak stawiać swoje granice, dlatego najlepiej odnajdzie się w domu ze spokojnym, stabilnym emocjonalnie psem rezydentem, który nie będzie go dominował ani prowokował. Pompon uczy się chodzenia na smyczy i robi to w swoim tempie. Każdy spacer to dla niego nowe doświadczenie, dlatego będzie potrzebował cierpliwości i wsparcia opiekuna, aby nabrać pewności siebie i swobodnie poruszać się poza schroniskiem. Szukamy dla niego domu, który zapewni mu spokój, poczucie bezpieczeństwa i dużo czułości. Pompon jest odrobaczony, zaszczepiony i zaczipowany, a przed adopcją będzie również wykastrowany.
