Sassy sa mère Iris a été amenée au refuge avec ses 8 chiots nouveau-nés. Iris était très maigre et avait été négligée mais malgré cela, c'était une jeune fille très douce. Malheureusement, 4 des chiots sont décédés. Parmi les 4 restants, trois ont été adoptés et Sassy est toujours parmi nous aujourd'hui. Elle correspond vraiment à son nom et pour un si petit chien, elle a un grand caractère.

Sassy's mother, Iris, was brought to the shelter with her 8 new born puppies. Iris was very skinny and had been neglected but even so she was such a good natured girl. Unfortunately 4 of the puppies died. Of the remaining 4, three were adopted and Sassy is still with us to this day. She really does live up to her name and for such a little dog, she has a huge personality.
