Mielőtt hozzánk került, Sam és testvérei soha nem hagyták el a házukat és udvarukat. Soha nem léptek ki a nagy világba, ezért 3 nagyon félséges, aggasztóan viselkedő és nem szociálizált kutyakölyköt fogadtunk be. 😔 Sam, Frank és Able mind rövid időn belül új otthonra talált, de sajnos, egy idő után kiderült, hogy Sam igényei sokkal nagyobbak, mint eredetileg gondoltuk, és most próbálunk Samnek olyan otthont keresni, amely jobban megfelel a szükségleteinek. Sam egy nagyon kedves fiú. Új emberekkel szemben bizonytalan lehet, és új látogatókhoz félénken reagálhat, de nagy mennyiségű biztonságot nyújtó játékokkal és édességekkel hamar megszokja az embereket, és szeret ölelgetni és figyelmet kapni megbízható emberektől, nagyon szeretetteljes. 🥰 Szereti a dobálás játékot, és futni a biztosított mezőkön, és ahogy látható, kiválóan tud két labdát is cipelní! Okos és gyorsan tanul, és teljesen otthoni. 🙂 Sam félni kezd a séta közben eltávolodni a háztól, de edző segítségével jó haladást ért el, és most már rövid sétákra képes a házából és a parkban. Ideális lenne egy csendes környezet, ahol élvezheti az open air-t. Félénken viselkedhet más, ismeretlen kutyákkal, és néhányhoz reakcióképes volt, de edző segítségével ez javul, és most már vannak olyan séták, amikor más kutyákkal is jár. A jövőbeli gazdi rendelkeznie kell a magabiztossággal annak támogatására, hogy Sam tovább fejlődjön a kutyák iránti bizalmában, valamint időt kell fordítania ezen a fejlődésen. Sam korábban egy kisebb, idősebb kutyával élt, de nem jöttek össze jól, és úgy érezzük, jobban élvezné, ha egyedül lenne a családban. Korábban 9 éves gyerekkel élt – jól megvoltak, de Sam mérete és energiája kissé túl sok lehetett, és Sam nehézségeket tapasztalt a gyerek zajával/energiájával szemben. Jobban illene egy nyugodtabb, csendesebb házba, ahol nincsenek kisgyerekek. Úgy gondoljuk, hogy Samnak tapasztalt otthonra van szüksége, ezért nem adunk át első alkalommal kutyát tartó gazdiknak. Gondoljuk, hogy megfelelő otthonban Sam esélyt kap arra, hogy nyugodtabb, önbizalmabb fiúvá nőjjön. 💙 Ha tapasztalt otthonnal rendelkezel, amely megfelel Sam igényeinek, és megadhatod neki az esélyt egy boldog végkifejletre, kérlek vegyél fel velünk kapcsolatot bármely nap 11-2 óra között. 💕

Prior to coming into our care, Sam and his siblings had never left their house and yard. They had never stepped out into the big wide world and as a result, we welcomed 3 very scared, anxious and un-socialised puppies into our fold. 😔 Sam, Frank and Able all found new homes not too long after arriving but sadly, after some time in his home, it was realised that Sam's needs were much greater than initially anticipated and we are now trying to find Sam a home that is better suited to his needs. Sam is a very sweet boy. He can be nervous of new people and can bark at new visitors to the house, but he soon warms to people with lots of reassurance and treats and he loves cuddles and fusses with trusted people and is very affectionate. 🥰 He loves playing fetch and running around in secure fields and, as you can see, he is also highly skilled at carrying two balls at a time! He’s smart and learns things quickly and is now fully house trained. 🙂 Sam is nervous of leaving the house for a walk but with the help of a trainer has been making good progress and can now go on short walks from his house and at the park. Ideally, Sam would live in a quiet area where he can enjoy being outdoors. He can be wary of other unknown dogs and has been reactive to some, however, with the help of a trainer this is improving and he has now been on some walks with other dogs. The new owner will need to feel confident in helping Sam to continue to grow in confidence with other dogs and who has the time to spend working on improving this. Sam previously lived with a smaller, older dog but they weren't a good match and we feel he may benefit from being an only dog in the home. Sam previously lived with a 9 year old child – they got on well but Sam’s size and energy could be a bit much and Sam struggled with the noise/energy of a child. He would be better suited to a calmer, quieter home with no young children. We feel Sam needs an experienced home and therefore we won't be rehoming him to first time dog owners. We think that in the right home, Sam will have the opportunity to grow into a calm, more confident young chap. 💙 If you are an experienced home that has what Sam needs and can offer him his chance of a happy ever after then please get in touch with us on any day between 11am – 2pm 💕
