Abbiamo trovato Acorn nel luglio del 2010 insieme alla sorella Nova. I cuccioli erano terrorizzati dagli esseri umani e letteralmente urlavano quando qualcuno cercava di toccarli. Siamo riusciti a portarli a casa e, poco alla volta, abbiamo iniziato a conquistare la loro fiducia. Nova è stata adottata in Olanda, ma Acorn non ha mai trovato la sua casa per sempre ed è ancora al rifugio oggi. È un vecchio ragazzo molto felice e ama le persone di cui si fida, nonostante il suo terribile inizio di vita.

We found Acorn in July of 2010 with his sister Nova. The puppies were absolutely terrified of humans and literally screamed when anyone tried to touch them. We managed to get them back to the house and little by little started winning their trust. Nova was adopted in Holland but Acorn never found his forever home and is still at the shelter today. He is a very happy old boy and he loves the people who he trusts despite his terrible start in life.
