Cali era una ragazza molto nervosa quando è arrivata a casa, è entrata come randagia quindi non sappiamo molto della sua storia. È passato molto tempo e pazienza per farci vedere la sua personalità vivace e piena di energia. A causa di questo siamo alla ricerca di un ambiente esperto che abbia il tempo per conoscere Cali qui prima che vada a casa. Una volta che Cali conosce te adora attenzione e coccole. Le piacciono le passeggiate nei boschi e diventa molto eccitata per la sua guinzaglio, tira un po' sul guinzaglio a causa della sua taglia, quindi trarrebbe beneficio da un addestramento continuo. Cali apprezza una corsa senza guinzaglio nel recinto chiuso dove può correre a prendere una palla da tennis. Cali dovrà vivere in una casa solo con adulti con un giardino recintato dove ha spazio per muoversi liberamente. Era un po' timida e incerta intorno a certi cani, abbiamo lavorato con lei su questo e l'abbiamo introdotta a cani che stanno aiutando i suoi interazioni sociali. Ora è una ragazza amichevole con la maggior parte dei cani sul posto e può dire una bella saluto faccia a faccia e anche prova a giocare con gli altri. Avrà bisogno di addestramento continuo per aiutarla nella socializzazione. Sentiamo ancora che Cali dovrà essere l'unico cane in casa. Se pensi di poter dare questa splendida ragazza la sua casa per sempre, applicati!

Cali was a very nervous girl when she first arrived at the home, which was over 200 days now! It has taken a lot of time for staff and volunteers to get to know Cali and bring out her excitable, bubbly personality. Cali loves going for walks and off lead runs in our compound area, she will always be found with a football in her mouth. She loves to dodge past you whilst you try and catch her, her tail never stops wagging. Cali loves her treats and sits nicely whilst you give them to her. She has been toilet trained whilst in our care, which is a bonus for when she goes home. Cali can be strong on the lead at times due to her excitement to get outside and enjoy the fresh air but can walk nicely after her initial excitement is over, especially on a harness. Cali would love a fully enclosed garden with someone around most of the time so that she can come and go as she pleases. Cali spends most of her day relaxing on a comfy bed watching people come and go. She can be a little barky in her kennel at first but this is due to her wanting to say hello to everyone. Cali isn’t a cuddly kind of girl but would love a family that is willing to keep her entertained and will play with her toys. We believe that Cali needs to be in an adult only home, with a family that has experience with rescue dogs or bull breeds.
