Colin does enjoy his walks and exploring, therefore his new family will need to be fairly active and able to offer him the adventures he enjoys once he has settled. As he can find the outside world scary at times he will need a secure and private garden with 5ft fencing where he can comfortably spend time relaxing away from distractions. He can live with calm and understanding children 10 years and over that are used to nervous dogs.
