Recentemente siamo finalmente riusciti a prendere Drako nel nostro rifugio dopo che aveva dovuto rimanere per più di un anno nella Perrera Calvià. Al Perrera, il mix Ratero / Staffortshire è stato dato dal suo proprietario. Ovviamente, il lungo soggiorno lì ha plasmato il maschio di circa 5 anni. È spesso abbastanza nervoso e stressato e sta aspettando costantemente che qualcuno se ne prenda cura e trascorra del tempo con lui. Poi, se gli viene permesso di scaricare prima l'energia, si calma, il livello di stress diminuisce e può prestare attenzione al suo assistente e apprezzare le cure e le attenzioni. Drako non ha mai vissuto una socializzazione adeguata e quindi deve imparare prima a gestire altri cani. Fuori dal rifugio, in condizioni di stress-free e ovviamente con le persone giuste, ciò sarà possibile. I gatti non fanno certamente parte dei suoi amici. È così felice e molto intelligente; questo maschio deve necessariamente andare a persone già esperte con i cani, che possono dedicargli tanto tempo e pazienza. A persone pronte a lavorare con lui, preferibilmente anche insieme a un addestratore. Al momento i bambini piccoli non devono essere presenti. Recently, we have finally been able to take over Drako to our shelter after he had to stay for more than 1 year in the Perrera Calvià. To the Perrera, the Ratero / Staffortshire mixed breed was given by his owner. Of course, the long stay there has shaped the approximately 5 year old male. He is often pretty nervous and stressed, and is actually waiting all the time that someone would take care and spend some time with him. Then, if he was allowed to work out first, he comes down, the stress level decreases and he can pay attention to his caregiver and enjoys the care and donations. Drako has never experienced an appropriate socialization and so he must first learn to handle other dogs. Outside the shelter, under stress-free conditions and of course with the right people, however, this will be possible. Cats definitely do not belong to his friends. He is so happy and really smart; this male necessarily should go to people already experienced with dogs, who can convey a lot of time and patience. To people who are ready to work with him, preferably even together with a dog trainer. Small children should not be around at the moment.
