Elisa è arrivata in condizioni molto povere, sottopeso e bisognosa di un intervento chirurgico, ma ha fatto una eccellente ripresa. È ora sana, più forte e pronta per l'adozione. Guarda le foto per vedere il miglioramento! Elisa è un cane affettuoso e orientato alle persone che apprezzano la compagnia umana e cerca attivamente attenzione e coccole. Può essere sensibile in situazioni nuove e ha bisogno di tempo per sentirsi sicura, ma una volta che si fida di te, è calda e fortemente legata alla sua persona. Durante le passeggiate, è più comoda rimanendo leggermente dietro a un gruppo dove si sente sicura ma ancora inclusa. Non è ancora completamente sicura nel mondo esterno e può diventare vocale o reattiva quando si sente incerta intorno ad altri cani. Questo è basato sul timore e non sull'aggressività, e spesso si calma velocemente una volta che la situazione è passata. Non è un primo cane e andrà meglio con un adottatore esperto che comprende i cani sensibili e poco sicuri e che riesce a leggere i suoi segnali con calma e costanza. Ha bisogno di una casa stabile e paziente che le permetta di continuare a costruire la sua fiducia a suo ritmo. Elisa arrived in very poor condition, underweight and needing surgery, but has made an excellent recovery. She is now healthy, stronger, and ready for adoption. Look through the photos to see the glow up! Elisa is an affectionate, people-oriented dog who enjoys human company and actively seeks attention and cuddles. She can be sensitive in new situations and needs time to feel safe, but once she trusts you, she is warm and strongly bonded to her person. On walks, she is most comfortable staying slightly behind a group where she feels secure but still included. She is not fully confident in the wider world yet and can become vocal or reactive when she feels unsure around other dogs. This is fear-based rather than aggression, and she often settles quickly once the situation has passed. She is not a first-time dog and will do best with an experienced adopter who understands sensitive, insecure dogs and can read her signals calmly and consistently. She needs a stable, patient home that will allow her to continue building confidence at her own pace. With the right guidance and understanding, Elisa has all the potential to become a loyal, loving companion who blossoms in a calm and secure home.
