He can walk alongside other dogs comfortably, but he is still learning how to interact appropriately and would benefit from continued socialisation and training. For this reason, any introductions to resident dogs should be managed carefully. He could live with sensible secondary-school-aged children who are familiar with larger, energetic dogs and won't be knocked over by his excitement. His suitability around cats is currently unknown.
