Contesto In una fredda, umida mattina una coppia macedone stava passeggiando con i loro cani su un sentiero vicino ai binari di una ferrovia, quando hanno visto Indy - un piccolo cucciolo indifeso che seguiva le persone che passavano sul sentiero. Era appena un piccolo bebè e la coppia è rimasta sconvolta nel vedere che nessuno si preoccupava di questa piccola che chiedeva aiuto, e non potevano sopportare l'idea che lei fosse fuori da sola, senza riparo e cibo, forse uccisa dal traffico o danneggiata da persone irritate dalla vista di un randagio che chiede aiuto. Così hanno deciso di prenderla per la notte e trovare una soluzione. L'hanno nutrita e data un posto caldo per dormire quella notte. Non hanno trovato alcun rifugio che potesse aiutare il cucciolo e non avevano spazio per tenerla, ma hanno deciso di prendersi cura di lei personalmente e il giorno seguente l'hanno sistemata in un pensionato per cani. Questo è dove vive ora, è stata salvata dalla generosità di questa splendida coppia che si è assicurata che fosse al sicuro e presa cura. Ora Indy è pronta a trovare una casa, e noi abbiamo accettato di aiutarla in questo. Piace Indy si è trasformata in un cane bellissimo, molto amichevole e allegro di taglia media (circa 15 kg). È ottima con le persone, anche con i bambini, ama l'attenzione, un bel abbraccio e è una ragazza molto giocosa e felice. Indy cammina bene al guinzaglio e adora esplorare i dintorni. La sua natura vivace e curiosa conquista tutti coloro che incontrano questa dolcezza. Non è stata testata con i gatti, ma ha una natura molto buona, quindi con una corretta introduzione e pazienza può convivere con i gatti. Si intende molto bene con gli altri cani ed è molto giocosa. Dispiace e problemi Non ci sono stati problemi con Indy. È un piccolo cucciolo energico che avrà bisogno di un certo addestramento base e socializzazione dopo che ha trascorso parte della sua giovinezza nello spazio ristretto di un pensionato per cani con poco tempo per stimolare i singoli cani. Ma con un approccio sensato e un adeguato addestramento, Indy recupererà presto il tempo perso. Casa ideale Indy cerca una casa amorevole e definitiva, con persone che la trattino come un membro della famiglia e le diano l'amore che desidera. La famiglia sarà felice di investire tempo nell'addestramento poiché è un cane giovane ed energico che necessita di stimolazione mentale e due passeggiate ogni giorno. Ha bisogno di una casa con un giardino sicuro e buone aree per passeggiate vicino. Indy può vivere in una casa con bambini e con altri animali domestici. Indy è stata fortunata ad avere un posto di accoglienza nel Dorset - il incontro e la conoscenza possono essere organizzati dopo un controllo positivo della casa. Background On a cold, chilly morning a Macedonian couple were walking their dogs on a trail by a railroad track, when they saw Indy – a small, helpless puppy following people passing by on the path. She was just a small baby and the couple were heartbroken to see no one cared about the little one asking for help, and they couldn’t bear the thought of her being outside alone, without shelter and food, maybe being killed in the traffic, or harmed by people who are annoyed at the sight of a begging stray. So they decided to take her in for the night and find a solution. They fed her and gave her a warm place to sleep for the night. They could not find any shelter with place to help the puppy and they had no space to keep her, but decided to provide for her safety themselves and the next day they found her a place in boarding kennels. This is where she is now living, she was saved by the generosity of this lovely couple who made sure she was safe and cared for. Now Indy is ready to find a home, and we have agreed to help with this. Likes Indy has grown into a beautiful, very friendly and cheerful dog of medium size (around 15 kg). She is great with people, also children, she loves attention, a good cuddle and she is a very playful, happy girl. Indy walks well on a lead and really enjoys exploring her surroundings. Her bubbly, curious nature charms everyone who meets this little sweetheart. She has not been tested with cats, but she is very good natured so with proper introduction and patience she can live with cats. She gets on wonderfully with other dogs and is very playful. Dislikes and issues No issues have been encountered with Indy. She is an energetic little puppy, who will need some basic puppy training and socialization after she spent a good part of her youth in the confined space of a boarding kennel with very limited time to stimulate the individual dogs. But with a sensible approach and proper training Indy will soon catch up for lost time. Ideal home Indy is looking for a loving, forever home, with people who will treat her as a family member and give her the love she craves for. The family will be eager to invest time in her training since she is a young, energetic dog, who needs mental stimulation and two good walks every day. She needs a home with a secured garden space and good walking areas nearby. Indy can live in a home with children and with other pets. Indy has been lucky to get a foster place in Dorset – meet and greet can be arranged after successful home check. Indy is spayed, microchipped and fully vaccinated.
