Jet cerca una casa con adottanti attivi che possano portarlo in avventure con l'odorato in aree tranquille per passeggiare, o per correre in un campo privato, una famiglia che possa aiutarlo nel suo addestramento. Vorrebbe una casa calma e prevedibile con solo adulti che giochino con lui gentilmente e gli diano spazio per riposare quando necessario. Jet si sente preoccupato quando è vicino ad altri cani, quindi vorrebbe essere l'unico animale domestico in casa in modo da ricevere tutta l'attenzione e nessun cane vicino, preferirebbe passeggiate in aree più tranquille in modo che possa esplorare a suo piacimento. Jet ha un certo addestramento, sa il suo nome e fa un bel "seduto", sta attualmente lavorando sull'addestramento al morso poiché andrà a casa con guinzaglio e morso. È un ragazzo intelligente, ma si distrae facilmente, quindi potrebbe impegnarsi in sessioni di addestramento brevi e dolci con l'aiuto di un gustoso boccone e tante lodi per incoraggiarlo. Cerca una casa con un giardino privato e sicuro con recinzione di 6 piedi in modo che possa girovagare e avere tempo senza guinzaglio. Jet si può calmare bene in casa e potrebbe rimanere solo fino a 4 ore, questo dovrà essere costruito gradualmente una volta che avrà avuto tempo per abituarsi. Jet dovrà incontrare i suoi adottanti diverse volte prima di andare a casa, con la possibilità di visitare la casa con il nostro team di comportamento per assicurarsi che si stia ambientando bene, quindi tenetelo presente quando richiedete. Si prega di notare che, se selezionati, il nostro processo di adozione richiede solitamente fino a 7 giorni e gli adottatori potranno essere richiesti di venire al centro entro 48 ore dalla selezione. Correrà e balzerà intorno ai giocattoli che vengono lanciati e li porterà indietro per lanciarli nuovamente, gli piace portare un giocattolo con sé per comfort. Quando è rilassato e ha creato un legame con te, gli piace essere coccolato, le grattatine sul sedere sono le sue preferite e fa un piccolo scuotimento se trovi il posto giusto. Apprezza un buon'avventura all'aperto, specialmente nei boschi dove è più tranquillo e può annusare e esplorare a suo piacimento. Questo bellissimo ragazzo è pronto a trovare la sua nuova casa.

Jet is looking for a home with active adopters who can take him for sniffy adventures in quiet walking areas, or for a run around in a private field, a family to keep up his training. He would like a calm and predictable home with only adults who will play with him nicely and will give him space to rest when he needs. Jet finds being in close proximity to dogs worrying, so would like to be the only pet in the home so he can have all of the attention to himself and no neighbouring dogs, he would prefer walks in quieter areas so he can explore at his leisure. Jet has some training under his belt, he knows his name and does a lovely “sit”, he is currently working on his muzzle training as he will be going home on a lead and muzzle disclaimer. He is a clever boy, but gets distracted easily so could engage in training in short, sweet sessions with the help of a tasty treat and lots of praise for encouragement. He is looking for a home with a private, secure garden with 6ft fencing for him to potter about and have off lead time in. Jet can settle nicely in the home so could be left for up to 4 hours, this would need to be built up slowly once he has had time to settle in. Jet will need to meet his adopters multiple times prior to going home with the potential for home visits with our behaviour team to make sure he is settling in well, so please bear this in mind when applying. Please note that should you be shortlisted, our rehoming process usually takes up to 7 days, and potential adopters would be required to come up to the centre to meet him within 48hrs of being shortlisted. Playful boy Jet is a 2 and a half year old Collie/Labrador cross who loves his toys. He will chase and bound around after toys that are thrown for him and will bring them back to be thrown again, he likes to carry a toy around with him for comfort. When he is settled and has built a bond with you he likes a fuss, bum scratches are his favourite and he does a little wiggle if you get the right spot. He enjoys a good outdoor adventure, especially in the woods where it is quieter and he can sniff and explore at his leisure. This beautiful boy is ready to find his new home.
