Splendida Maggie è una femmina di lurcher di media taglia quasi di 5 anni. Cerca una nuova famiglia a causa di un cambiamento di circostanze nella sua casa attuale. È un membro molto amato della famiglia e la difficile decisione di riamarla è stata presa nel suo migliore interesse. Maggie è un cane dolce e amichevole che ama le sue passeggiate e il gioco con la sua palla da tennis, ma è altrettanto felice a dormire sul divano! Ha una natura bellissima e è molto amichevole con le persone, sebbene trovi i bambini molto sopraffacenti e si nasconda davanti ai rumori forti o agli ambienti affollati. È una ragazza socievole che apprezzia la compagnia di altri cani, di qualsiasi forma e dimensione! Attualmente vive con un altro cane e sarebbe felice di farlo nuovamente, ma sarebbe contenta anche come unico animale domestico a casa, purché riceva tante cure e attenzioni! È abituata alla vita in casa ed è pulita all'interno, può stare sola per alcune ore. Maggie trova i viaggi in auto stressanti, ma ha il potenziale per migliorare con il giusto supporto. Non riesce assolutamente a salire una scala intera, nonostante i suoi migliori sforzi per imparare - quindi una casa dove può rimanere al piano terra è importante! Maggie è un grande fan del sole, quindi avrà bisogno del suo giardino per rilassarsi. È anche un grande fan del cibo e deve perdere parecchi chili! Maggie cammina molto bene al guinzaglio, ma può essere forte se vede una volpe. Le piace correre, ma solo in aree sicure (ad esempio campi noleggiati). Nessun bambino residente, e spazio per allontanarsi da eventuali bambini in visita se si sente sopraffatta. Potrebbe vivere con un altro cane o come unico animale domestico. Un ambiente tranquillo e silenzioso in casa. Un giardino sicuro per il sole. Una casa dove non deve salire le scale (alcuni gradini sono accettabili). Lovely Maggie is a sweet, medium-sized lurcher girl of almost 5 years old. She's looking for a new family due to a change of circumstances in her current home. She is a much loved family member, and the difficult decision to rehome her has been made with her best interests in mind. Maggie is a sweet, friendly dog who loves her walks and playing fetch with her tennis ball, but is equally as happy snoozing on the sofa! She has a beautiful nature and is very friendly with people, although she finds children very overwhelming and will hide away from loud noise or busy environments. She's a sociable girl who enjoys the company of other dogs, of all shapes and sizes! She currently shares her home with another dog, and would be happy to do so again – but she'd also be content as the only pet at home, as long as she gets plenty of love and attention! She's used to home life and is clean indoors, and can be left alone for a few hours at a time. Maggie can find car travel stressful, but has potential to improve with the right input. She absolutely cannot do a full flight of stairs, despite her best efforts to learn – so a home where she can stay downstairs is important! Maggie is a big fan of sunbathing, so will need her own garden to relax in. She's also a big fan of food, and does need to lose a fair amount of weight! Maggie walks very nicely on the lead, though she can be strong if she spots a squirrel. She loves to run, but only in secure areas (such as fields for hire). No resident children, and space to take herself away from any visiting children if she feels overwhelmed. Could live with another dog, or as the only pet. A calm, quiet home environment. A secure garden for sunbathing. A home where she doesn't have to do stairs (a few steps are fine).
