La dolce Olive è una femmina di taglia media, di 6 anni. Cerca un nuovo ambiente perché ha difficoltà ad adattarsi al bambino piccolo della famiglia. Olive è un cane dolce abituato alla vita in casa, è addestrata in casa, viaggia bene in auto e può essere lasciata sola per alcune ore. Le piace rilassarsi e dormire sul divano durante il giorno, anche se è una ragazza attiva e ama moltissimo l'esercizio! Olive è un cane affettuoso e interattivo che ama le persone e è molto giocoso. Può fare amicizia con altri cani con le giuste presentazioni e gode del gioco con loro, ma può essere preoccupata da alcuni cani sconosciuti e potrebbe abbaiare loro durante le passeggiate. Olive cammina generalmente bene al guinzaglio e ha buona richiamo fuori dal guinzaglio in aree sicure, ma ha un forte istinto predatorio nei confronti dei gatti e della fauna selvatica! Ha bisogno di una casa solo per adulti (o con adolescenti più grandi). Preferirebbe essere l'unico cane. Può essere lasciata per alcune ore occasionalmente ma avrebbe difficoltà con tempi regolari di solitudine. Ha bisogno di molta esercitazione (due passeggiate decenti al giorno, inclusi momenti per correre!). Accesso a un giardino sicuro per giocare. Gli adottatori devono essere fisicamente in grado di gestirla al guinzaglio quando è eccitata. The lovely Olive is a medium-sized, 6 year old lurcher girl. She's looking for a new home as she's struggling to adjust to the young child in the family. Olive is a sweet dog who is used to home life, is house-trained, travels well in the car and can be left alone for a few hours. She loves to relax and snooze on the sofa during the day, although she is an active girl and enjoys plenty of exercise! Olive is an affectionate, interactive dog who loves people and is very playful. She is able to make dog friends with proper introductions and enjoys playing with them, but she can be worried about certain unfamiliar dogs and may bark at them on walks. Olive generally walks well on-lead and has good recall off-lead in safe areas, but she does have a very high prey drive for cats and wildlife! Needs an adult only home (or with older teenagers). Would prefer to be the only dog. Can be left for a few hours on occasion but would struggle with regular time alone. Needs plenty of exercise (two decent walks per day, including opportunities to zoom!). Access to a secure garden to play in. Adopters must be physically able to handle her on-lead when she's excited.
