Maxi è generalmente un ragazzo felice e sicuro che ama annusare e esplorare nuovi posti. È un vero cuscino morbido, ama rannicchiarsi sul divano con te alla fine di una lunga giornata. Maxi è anche un bravo ragazzo dal veterinario e è contento con l'uso informale, come ad esempio mettergli la pettorina e il guinzaglio per le sue passeggiate. Lui semplicemente ama la compagnia umana ed è educato e dolce con tutti, è solo i cani intensi o molto energici che a volte può ancora essere nervoso. Maxi può reagire agli altri cani ma questo può essere facilmente gestito con lavoro di concentrazione continuo e desensibilizzazione - fortunatamente è un grande appassionato di cibo e risponde bene all'addestramento con un buon boccone! Gli piacciono anche i suoi giocattoli e li morderà felicemente o giocherà al tiro alla fune con una grossa corda! Non vediamo l'ora che questo bell'uomo trovi la casa amorevole che merita! Incontrate Maximillian, il nostro bel American Bulldog di 8 anni. Maxi è un bravo ragazzo che cerca solo una casa dove può godersi passeggiate in aree più tranquille con pochi cani. Maxi dovrebbe essere l'unico cane in casa, così da ricevere tutti gli abbracci e l'attenzione per se stesso! Quando è arrivato da noi, non era sicuro degli altri cani, ma è un ragazzo coraggioso che ha lavorato con il nostro fantastico team di addestramento e ora gode di passeggiate calme parallele con altri cani! Maxi può vivere con bambini di 14 anni o più che sono abituati ai grandi allevamenti, perché una volta che conosce te ama chiedere attenzione e si appoggia tutto il suo peso contro le tue gambe! Maxi non è abituato a rimanere solo in casa per periodi lunghi, quindi avrebbe bisogno di una casa che sia disposta a incrementare gradualmente le ore in cui lo lasciano nei primi mesi.

Maxi is generally a happy, confident boy who loves to sniff and explore new places. He is a proper cuddle bug, loving to curl up on the sofa with you at the end of a long day. Maxi is also a very good boy in the vets and is happy with informal handling too, such as having his harness and lead clipped on for his walks. He really just enjoys human company and is polite and gentle with everyone, it is just intense or high energy dogs that he can still be nervous of sometimes. Maxi has worked really hard on his dog social skills and is easily managed with continued focus work - luckily he is a massive foodie and responds well to training with a tasty snack! He also loves his toys and will chomp on them happily or play tug of war with a big rope! We can't wait for this beautiful gentleman to find the loving home he so deserves! Meet Maximillian, our beautiful, soppy 9 year old American Bulldog. Maxi is a lovely chap who is just looking for a home where he can enjoy some peaceful strolls with his humans before snuggling up for a well earned rest. Maxi has done lots of training with our wonderful training team and now enjoys a calm parallel walk with other dogs, but would still prefer to be the only dog in the home. Maxi can live with secondary school children who are used to bigger breeds, as once he gets to know you he loves to ask for fuss and will lean his whole body weight against your legs! Maxi isn't used to being left in the home for long periods of time, so would need a home who are willing to build up his leaving hours slowly in the first few months. He spends some weekends with one of our wonderful foster carers who report he is an absolute dream in the home, so we hope he finds his forever home soon!
