Seif è un ragazzo di 4 anni che pesa solo 6,9 kg, attualmente alla ricerca di una casa calma e comprensiva dove può rilassarsi veramente e sentirsi al sicuro. A causa di un cambiamento nelle condizioni del suo proprietario, Seif vive ora in un appartamento senza accesso a un giardino e purtroppo questo ambiente si è rivelato troppo soffocante per lui. È un cane che trae beneficio da spazi per rilassarsi e crediamo che possa brillare in una casa più tranquilla con un giardino sicuro. A Seif può volerci un po' per abituarsi alle nuove persone. Potrebbe iniziare ad abbaiare o tenere le distanze, ma una volta che impara a fidarsi di te, forma legami molto forti. Con le sue persone è estremamente affettuoso, amabile e vive di attenzione. Una delle sue cose preferite è sedersi con la sua persona dopo una passeggiata mattutina (e un po' di cetriolo!) mentre loro godono di un caffè. Può rimanere da solo per fino a 4 ore senza problemi e non mostra segni di ansia da separazione. Di solito cammina bene al guinzaglio, anche se se si sente sovrastimolato potrebbe tirare. Seif è un piccolo cane intelligente, molto addestrabile e ama imparare. Conosce già una serie di comandi tra cui siediti, "1-2-3", centro, aspetta e fermo (che sta migliorando) e il suo richiamo è abbastanza buono. Sarebbe molto utile avere qualcuno che ama continuare il suo addestramento e costruire quel legame con lui. Seif non è un "cane cattivo", è un cane che attualmente si sente sopraffatto nell'ambiente sbagliato. Con la giusta struttura, confini chiari e qualcuno che comprende i suoi bisogni, ha tanto potenziale per essere un compagno fedele e amorevole.

Seif is a 4-year-old little lad weighing just 6.9kg, currently looking for a calm, understanding home where he can truly relax and feel safe. Due to a change in his owner’s circumstances, Seif is now living in a flat without access to a garden, and sadly this environment is proving too overwhelming for him. He is a dog who benefits from having space to decompress, and we feel he would thrive in a quieter home with a secure garden. Seif can take a little time to warm up to new people. He may initially bark or keep his distance, but once he learns to trust you, he forms very strong bonds. With his people, he is incredibly affectionate, loving, and thrives on attention. One of his favourite things is settling down with his person after a morning walk (and a bit of cucumber!) while they enjoy a coffee. He can be left for up to 4 hours without issue and does not show signs of separation anxiety. He generally walks well on the lead, although if he becomes overwhelmed, he may pull. Seif is a clever little dog who is very trainable and enjoys learning. He already knows a range of cues including sit, “1-2-3”, middle, wait, and heel (which is improving) and his recall is fairly good. He would really benefit from someone who enjoys continuing his training and building that bond with him. Seif is not a “bad” dog, he is a dog who is currently overwhelmed in the wrong environment. With the right setup, clear boundaries, and someone who understands his needs, he has so much potential to be a deeply loyal and loving companion.
