Seif est un petit garçon de 4 ans pesant seulement 6,9 kg, actuellement à la recherche d'un foyer calme et compréhensif où il pourra vraiment se détendre et se sentir en sécurité. En raison d'un changement dans les circonstances de son propriétaire, Seif vit actuellement dans un appartement sans accès à un jardin, et cet environnement s'avère trop submergent pour lui. C'est un chien qui profite d'espace pour se décompresser, et nous pensons qu'il s'épanouirait dans un foyer plus calme avec un jardin sécurisé. Seif peut prendre un peu de temps pour s'habituer aux nouvelles personnes. Il peut aboyer ou rester distant au début, mais une fois qu'il apprend à vous faire confiance, il forme des liens très forts. Avec ses maîtres, il est extrêmement affectueux, aimant et aime l'attention. L'une de ses choses préférées est de s'installer avec son maître après une promenade matinale (et un peu de concombre!) pendant qu'ils savourent un café. On peut le laisser jusqu'à 4 heures sans problème et il ne montre aucun signe d'anxiété de séparation. Il marche généralement bien en laisse, bien qu'en cas de surcharge, il puisse tirer. Seif est un petit chien intelligent, très facile à former et qui apprécie l'apprentissage. Il connaît déjà un certain nombre de commandes comme assis, « 1-2-3 », milieu, attends et talon (qui s'améliore) et son retour est assez bon. Il bénéficierait vraiment d'une personne qui apprécierait de continuer son entraînement et de renforcer le lien avec lui. Seif n'est pas un « mauvais » chien, c'est un chien qui est actuellement submergé dans un environnement inadapté. Avec la bonne configuration, des limites claires et quelqu'un qui comprend ses besoins, il a beaucoup de potentiel pour être un compagnon profondément fidèle et aimant.

Seif is a 4-year-old little lad weighing just 6.9kg, currently looking for a calm, understanding home where he can truly relax and feel safe. Due to a change in his owner’s circumstances, Seif is now living in a flat without access to a garden, and sadly this environment is proving too overwhelming for him. He is a dog who benefits from having space to decompress, and we feel he would thrive in a quieter home with a secure garden. Seif can take a little time to warm up to new people. He may initially bark or keep his distance, but once he learns to trust you, he forms very strong bonds. With his people, he is incredibly affectionate, loving, and thrives on attention. One of his favourite things is settling down with his person after a morning walk (and a bit of cucumber!) while they enjoy a coffee. He can be left for up to 4 hours without issue and does not show signs of separation anxiety. He generally walks well on the lead, although if he becomes overwhelmed, he may pull. Seif is a clever little dog who is very trainable and enjoys learning. He already knows a range of cues including sit, “1-2-3”, middle, wait, and heel (which is improving) and his recall is fairly good. He would really benefit from someone who enjoys continuing his training and building that bond with him. Seif is not a “bad” dog, he is a dog who is currently overwhelmed in the wrong environment. With the right setup, clear boundaries, and someone who understands his needs, he has so much potential to be a deeply loyal and loving companion.
