Carattere e comportamento La vita di Negrão è cambiata all'improvviso, e non per il meglio. Quando il suo proprietario è morto, invece di essere protetto e curato, è stato gettato via come rifiuto dalla famiglia. Improvvisamente solo, confuso e addolorato, si è ritrovato per strada. I vicini lo hanno allontanato. È stato persino segnalato alla GNR dopo aver corso dietro a motociclette, probabilmente spaventato, disorientato e semplicemente non capendo il mondo in cui era stato costretto. Solo e sconvolto, Negrão è diventato molto, molto malato. Ha sviluppato problemi epatici gravi e è diventato dolorosamente magro, quasi scheletrico. Il suo corpo stava cedendo per negligenza e stress. Per fortuna, una meravigliosa proteggente degli animali si è presentata e ci ha chiesto aiuto. A Negrão era necessaria immediatamente un'operazione per un'ernia perineale e questa è stata effettuata subito. Ed è lì che è cominciata veramente la sua seconda possibilità. Negrão ha fatto molti progressi. Ha guadagnato peso, si è ripreso bene dall'intervento e la sua condizione epatica è migliorata notevolmente. Ma più bella della sua guarigione fisica è il ritorno del suo spirito. È un cane profondamente riconoscente. Dolce. Amabile. Affettuosamente silenzioso. Si vede nei suoi occhi che sa di essere stato salvato. Dopo tutto ciò che ha sofferto, Negrão non merita di trascorrere gli ultimi anni in un rifugio. È con noi da quasi quattro mesi e è pronto, davvero pronto, per una casa curiosa e tranquilla dove può finalmente sentirsi sicuro e amato di nuovo. Personality & BehaviorNegrão’s life changed overnight, and not for the better.When his owner passed away, instead of being protected and cared for, he was thrown out like rubbish by the family. Suddenly alone, confused, and grieving, he found himself on the streets.Neighbours chased him away. He was even reported to the GNR after running after motorbikes , likely frightened, disoriented, and simply not understanding the world he had been forced into.Alone and heartbroken, Negrão became very, very sick. He developed severe liver problems and became painfully thin, almost skeletal. His body was shutting down from neglect and stress.Thankfully, a wonderful animal protector stepped in and asked us for help. Negrão urgently needed surgery for a perineal hernia, which was carried out immediately.And that’s when his second chance truly began.Negrão has come a long way. He has gained weight, recovered well from surgery, and his liver condition has improved considerably. But more beautiful than his physical recovery is the return of his spirit.He is a deeply grateful dog. Gentle. Loving. Quietly affectionate. You can see in his eyes that he knows he was saved.After everything he has endured, Negrão doesn’t deserve to spend his remaining years in a shelter.
