Personnalité et comportementLa vie de Negrão a changé du jour au lendemain, et pas pour le mieux. Lorsque son maître est décédé, au lieu d'être protégé et soigné, il a été jeté comme du rebut par la famille. Soudain seul, désorienté et en deuil, il s'est retrouvé dans les rues. Les voisins l'ont chassé. Il a même été signalé à la GNR après avoir poursuivi des motocyclettes, probablement effrayé, désorienté et tout simplement ne comprenant pas le monde dans lequel on l'avait forcé à vivre. Seul et brisé, Negrão est devenu très, très malade. Il a développé des problèmes graves du foie et est devenu extrêmement maigre, presque squelettique. Son corps se dégradait à cause de l'abandon et du stress. Heureusement, une merveilleuse protectrice animale est intervenue et nous a demandé de l'aide. Negrão avait urgent besoin d'une opération pour une hernie périnéale, qui a été effectuée immédiatement. Et c'est à ce moment que sa seconde chance a vraiment commencé. Negrão a fait un long chemin. Il a repris du poids, s'est bien remis de l'intervention chirurgicale et son état hépatique s'est amélioré considérablement. Mais plus beau que sa guérison physique est le retour de son esprit. C'est un chien profondément reconnaissant. Doux. Aimant. Silencieusement affectueux. On voit dans ses yeux qu'il sait qu'il a été sauvé. Après tout ce qu'il a subi, Negrão ne mérite pas d'passer ses dernières années dans un refuge. Il est avec nous depuis presque quatre mois maintenant et est prêt, vraiment prêt, pour une maison attentionnée et paisible où il pourra enfin se sentir en sécurité et aimé à nouveau. Conditions d'adoptionType de logement : Negrão prospère dans un environnement calme et confortable avec un adoptant patient et gentil qui comprend qu'il a traversé un traumatisme.Expérience : Il conviendrait probablement à une personne âgée ou un couple, ou une famille calme cherchant un compagnon fidèle pour partager des moments calmes.Autres animaux/enfants : Une maison calme, idéalement sans trop de bruit ou de chaos, un lit doux, des repas réguliers et une compagnie douce. Personality & BehaviorNegrão’s life changed overnight, and not for the better.When his owner passed away, instead of being protected and cared for, he was thrown out like rubbish by the family. Suddenly alone, confused, and grieving, he found himself on the streets.Neighbours chased him away. He was even reported to the GNR after running after motorbikes , likely frightened, disoriented, and simply not understanding the world he had been forced into.Alone and heartbroken, Negrão became very, very sick. He developed severe liver problems and became painfully thin, almost skeletal. His body was shutting down from neglect and stress.Thankfully, a wonderful animal protector stepped in and asked us for help. Negrão urgently needed surgery for a perineal hernia, which was carried out immediately.And that’s when his second chance truly began.Negrão has come a long way. He has gained weight, recovered well from surgery, and his liver condition has improved considerably. But more beautiful than his physical recovery is the return of his spirit.He is a deeply grateful dog. Gentle. Loving. Quietly affectionate. You can see in his eyes that he knows he was saved.After everything he has endured, Negrão doesn’t deserve to spend his remaining years in a shelter. He has been with us for almost four months now and is ready , truly ready, for a caring, peaceful home where he can finally feel safe and loved again.
