Il nostro cucciolo di 3 anni che è stato al rifugio più a lungo di quanto si aspettasse. Di circa 15 kg, potrebbe essere piccola nelle dimensioni, ma ha una personalità grande! Poppy ha avuto un inizio un po' traballante – letteralmente. Ha avuto alcuni problemi con le zampe posteriori e, sebbene possa aver bisogno di un intervento chirurgico in futuro, per ora è perfettamente felice di correre, scattare e giocare via tutta la giornata. Niente la rallenta! Ha energia in abbondanza e un lato birichino che mantiene tutti a sorridere. Poppy può essere un po' una bambina ribelle nel rifugio: ama creare un po' di divertimento con gli altri cani (mai in modo crudele!) e sicuramente tiene svegli Alina e Iuli. Va bene con i gatti, potrebbe vivere con bambini adolescenti e prospererebbe in una casa attiva con tanto tempo di gioco, passeggiate e coccole. Non è ancora stata testata al guinzaglio, ma con il suo spirito curioso imparerà velocemente. Poppy non ama condividere i suoi premi e non è sempre propensa a condividere l'attenzione con altri cani, quindi la sua nuova famiglia dovrà gestirlo con attenzione. Tuttavia, ama la compagnia dei cani – spesso trovata ad addormentarsi accanto ai suoi amici canini al sole dopo una buona sessione di gioco. ☀️

Our 3-year-old bundle of fun who’s been at the shelter longer than anyone expected. At around 15kg, she may be small in size, but she’s big in personality! Poppy had a bit of a wobbly start — quite literally. She’s had some issues with her back legs, and while she may need surgery in the future, right now she’s perfectly happy running, zooming, and playing the day away. Nothing slows this girl down! She’s got energy to spare and a cheeky streak that keeps everyone smiling. Poppy can be a little troublemaker at the shelter — she loves to stir up some fun with the other dogs (never in a mean way!) and definitely keeps Alina & Iuli on their toes. She’s okay with cats, could live with teenage children, and would thrive in an active home with plenty of playtime, walks, and cuddles. She hasn’t been tested on the lead yet, but with her curious spirit, she’ll learn fast. Poppy doesn’t like to share her treats and doesn’t always like to share attention with other dogs, so her new family will need to manage that carefully. Still, she loves canine company — often found napping against her doggy friends in the sunshine after a good play session. ☀️
