Nuestro divertido animal de 3 años que ha estado en el refugio más tiempo del que se esperaba. Con alrededor de 15 kg, puede ser pequeña en tamaño, pero tiene una personalidad muy grande. Poppy tuvo un comienzo un poco inestable, literalmente. Ha tenido algunos problemas con sus patas traseras, y aunque es posible que necesite cirugía en el futuro, ahora mismo está perfectamente feliz corriendo, jugando y pasando el día divirtiéndose. Nada la frena! Tiene energía de sobra y una actitud traviesa que mantiene a todos sonriendo. Poppy puede ser un poco traviesa en el refugio: le encanta crear un poco de diversión con los otros perros (nunca de manera grosera) y definitivamente mantiene a Alina e Iuli alerta. Está bien con gatos, podría vivir con adolescentes y prosperaría en un hogar activo con mucho tiempo de juego, paseos y cariño. Aún no ha sido probada con la correa, pero con su espíritu curioso, aprenderá rápido. Poppy no le gusta compartir sus golosinas y no siempre le gusta compartir atención con otros perros, por lo tanto, su nueva familia deberá manejar esto con cuidado. Sin embargo, ama la compañía canina: a menudo se la encuentra durmiendo junto a sus amigos caninos al sol después de una buena sesión de juego. ☀️

Our 3-year-old bundle of fun who’s been at the shelter longer than anyone expected. At around 15kg, she may be small in size, but she’s big in personality! Poppy had a bit of a wobbly start — quite literally. She’s had some issues with her back legs, and while she may need surgery in the future, right now she’s perfectly happy running, zooming, and playing the day away. Nothing slows this girl down! She’s got energy to spare and a cheeky streak that keeps everyone smiling. Poppy can be a little troublemaker at the shelter — she loves to stir up some fun with the other dogs (never in a mean way!) and definitely keeps Alina & Iuli on their toes. She’s okay with cats, could live with teenage children, and would thrive in an active home with plenty of playtime, walks, and cuddles. She hasn’t been tested on the lead yet, but with her curious spirit, she’ll learn fast. Poppy doesn’t like to share her treats and doesn’t always like to share attention with other dogs, so her new family will need to manage that carefully. Still, she loves canine company — often found napping against her doggy friends in the sunshine after a good play session. ☀️
