Quill sua dolce madre era un cane di qualcuno, ma come spesso accade, i suoi proprietari non si sono preoccupati di farla sterilizzare e quando ha dato alla luce i suoi dolci cuccioli hanno deciso di disfarsene tutti, lasciando la madre con tutti i cuccioli vicino a una linea ferroviaria vicino a uno dei nostri salvatori macedoni. Purtroppo alcuni dei cuccioli sono stati uccisi dal treno, ma la madre e il resto della cucciolata sono stati salvati. Sono stati portati in un piccolo rifugio privato, dove sono stati ben curati e si sono rapidamente ripresi dalla dura vita da randaghi. Questo è più di un anno fa. Nel frattempo, la madre di Quill è stata adottata e anche alcuni dei cuccioli. Ma Quill e suo fratello Rocket stanno ancora aspettando. L'ambiente curativo nel rifugio, con molta socializzazione, gli ha dato un buon inizio nonostante le prime difficoltà, e sono cresciuti diventando cani bellissimi, amichevoli e molto affettuosi. Quill ha un carattere piacevole e dolce e sarà un meraviglioso compagno per qualcuno che conduce una vita attiva e ha tempo sufficiente da dedicare all'educazione di un cucciolo. Quill apprezzerebbe vivere con un altro cane, ma può anche essere l'unico cane, se il suo bisogno di contatti sociali con altri cani viene soddisfatto in modo frequente. È abituato ai bambini che visitano il rifugio e è dolce con loro. Quill avrà bisogno di addestramento generale e guida dolce per abituarsi a vivere in casa, ma è un ragazzo intelligente e presto recupera il tempo perso. Amerebbe un giardino dove rilassarsi quando il tempo è bello. Castrato, identificato con microchip e completamente vaccinato.

Quill’s beautiful mother used to be someones dog, but as it is so often the case, her owners didn’t bother to have her spayed, and when she gave birth to her sweet little puppies they decided to get rid of them all, and dumped the mother with all her puppies, by a railroad track close to one of our Macedonian rescuers. Sadly some of the puppies were killed by the train, but the mother and the rest of the litter were rescued. They were brought to a small private shelter, where they were taken good care of, and soon recovered from the hard life as strays. That was more than one year ago. Meanwhile, Quills mother has been adopted and also some of the puppies. But Quill and his brother Rocket are still waiting. The caring environment in the shelter, with plenty of socialization, has given them a good start in spite of their initial hardship, and they have grown into gorgeous, friendly and very affectionate young dogs. Quill has a delightful, gentle character and he will be an amazing companion for someone with an active lifestyle, and time enough to dedicate, to the education of a young dog. Quill will enjoy living with another dog, but can also be an only dog, if his need for social dog contacts is met on a frequent basis. He is used to children visiting the shelther and is gentle around them. Quill will need general training and gentle guidance to get used to living in a home, but he is a clever boy and will soon catch up for lost time. He will love a garden where he can chill when the weather is nice. Neutered, microchipped and fully vaccinated.
