Uno dei nostri casi più urgenti e tristi. Rex e Sailor meritano una vita libera dalla gabbia. Potresti aver visto alcuni post recentemente su Sailor e Rex che hanno bisogno di un posto sicuro. Hanno trascorso la maggior parte della loro vita in gabbie, spostandosi da un rifugio all'altro. Purtroppo il rifugio dove erano rimasti ha improvvisamente dovuto chiudere. L'unica opzione per loro era andare a un grande rifugio statale o venire da noi. Rex e Sailor sono entrambi cani molto nervosi e timidi, quindi un grande rifugio non è il posto adatto per loro. Abbiamo provato a trovare una migliore soluzione per loro, ma non c'era nessuno che potesse prenderli in breve tempo, quindi ora stanno con noi. Rex e Sailor hanno passato molto e sono molto vicini l'uno all'altro. Rex è il dolce cane di sicurezza di Sailor e gli dà molto supporto emotivo. Rex è un cane nervoso, ma ha davvero un carattere dolce e è molto dolce. Verrà da te per qualche premio, ma è troppo nervoso per fare passeggiate. I nostri meravigliosi volontari entrano ogni giorno nella loro gabbia e trascorrono del tempo con loro per conoscerli e costruire la loro fiducia nei confronti delle persone. Proviamo a lavorare con loro per farli sentire più a proprio agio e lentamente diventano più comodi con noi. Questi dolci cani meritano una casa amorevole dove possono vivere una vita felice senza paura. E fortunatamente c'è speranza per loro, poiché c'è una coppia con una finca interessata ad adottarli, tuttavia ci vorranno alcuni mesi prima che la loro nuova casa sia pronta per loro. Crediamo che sia meglio per loro trovare una casa sicura e amorevole il più presto possibile con qualcuno che possa trascorrere del tempo con loro, quindi stiamo ancora cercando un posto per loro! Se tu o qualcuno che conosci puoi offrire una casa calda e amorosa a Rex e Sailor, oppure se puoi aiutare in qualsiasi altro modo, come diffondere la voce o donare per il loro sostentamento, saremmo molto grati!

One of our most urgent and sad cases. Rex and Sailor deserve a cage free live. You might have seen some posts recently about Sailor and Rex in need of a safe place. They have spend most of their lives in cages, moving from shelter to shelter. Unfortunately the shelter where they were staying suddenly had to close. The only option for them was to go to a big state shelter or come to us. Rex and Sailor are both quite nervous and shy dogs, so a big shelter is not the place for them. We tried to find a better solution for them, but there was no one who could take them in on short notice, so now they are staying with us. Rex and Sailor have been through a lot and are very close to each other. Rex is Sailor's sweet safety dog and gives him a lot of emotional support. Rex is a nervous dog, but he has a really sweet character and is very gentle. He will come up to you for some treats, but he is too nervous to go on walks yet. Our amazing volunteers go in to their cage every day and spend time with them to get to know them and built their confidence around people. We try to work with them to make them feel more at ease and they are slowly getting more comfortable around us. These sweet dogs deserve a loving home where they can experience a happy live without any fear. And luckily there is some hope for them as there is a couple with a finca that is interested in adopting them, however it will take a few months before their new home would be ready for them. We believe that it's best for them to find a safe and loving home as soon as possible with someone who can spend time with them, so we are still looking for a place for them!
