Tobias behaved like a champion on the way. He let himself be taken blood, tested and vaccinated. Result: FIV+ He has antibodies. The load is so low that it indicates that he was only in contact with the virus. He has no symptoms. And with a stress-free life and well cared for, FIV+ and "healthy" is the same. Tobias is super friendly. He gets along great with other cats, he could even live with negatives if they have good character like him. Now he just needs to learn something new: living in a home. Everything still seems strange to him. He needs patience and affection. Era peligroso dejarlo ni un día más en la calle... Su rescate no era planificado, pero este día casi lo atropellamos nosotras mismas. Se nos cruzó pidiendo ayuda. Quería parar el coche. Y paramos. Su historia: En diciembre Tobias era "uno más" de nuestro programa CER. Un gatito que pasaba desapercibido. Hasta que hace unas semanas empezó a pedir mimos. A restregarse. A llorar. Algo nos dijo: "este se merece una oportunidad". Y la vida quiso ayudar: horas antes habíamos recogido un transportin: regalo de despedida de otro peludito que se fue al cielo &;. Lo llevábamos en el coche. Gracias a eso pudimos rescatarlo. Gracias Toby, allá donde estés. Ayudaste a un compañero desde el otro plano.Descansa en paz, precioso... En el vete nuestro Tobias se portó como un campeón. Dejó que le sacaran sangre, lo testaron y vacunaron. Resultado: FIV+ Tiene anticuerpos. La carga es tan bajita que indica que solo estuvo en contacto con el virus. No tiene ningún síntoma. Y con una vida sin estrés y bien cuidado, FIV+ y "sano" es lo mismo. Tobias es súper amistoso. Se lleva genial con otros gatos, incluso podría convivir con negativos si tienen buen carácter como él. Ahora solo necesita aprender algo nuevo: vivir en un hogar. Todo le parece raro todavía. Necesita paciencia y mimos.
