Velvet era uno dei venti cani legati 24/7 su una fattoria. Ha sbocciato nel rifugio, ha finalmente imparato a fidarsi degli umani ed è pronta per l'adozione. Il suo unico cucciolo, Queenie, ha già trovato una casa amorevole. Speriamo che Velvet sia presto fortunata. Velvet è ancora molto timida e avrà bisogno di una casa calma senza bambini. Deve aver trascorso la sua vita a proteggersi dal branco quindi è molto diffidente con altri cani. Avrà bisogno di una casa comprensiva per darle tempo di rendersi conto che non tutti i cani rappresentano una minaccia per lei. Ho avuto una vita molto triste, legata 24/7 su una terribile fattoria, ma sono pronto per qualcuno che mi mostri l'amore che non ho mai avuto e sono sicuro che riuscirò a restituirlo mille volte.

Velvet was one of the twenty dogs chained 24/7 on a farm. She has blossomed at the shelter, has finally learned to trust humans and is ready for adoption. Her only puppy, Queenie, has already found a loving home. We hope that Velevet will soon be lucky. Velvet is still quite shy and will need a calm home without children. She must’ve spent her life protecting herself from the pack so is quite wary of other dogs. She will need an understanding home to give her time to realsise that not all dogs impose a threat to her. I’ve had a very sad past life, chained up 24/7 on a hell-hole farm, but I am ready for someone to show me the love which I’ve never had and I’m sure I will be able to return that love a million times over.
