Wallace è un ragazzo con un grande cuore e molto amabile. Cerca una casa impegnata e esperta. Forma legami forti con le persone e ha una natura dolce e affettuosa che conquista tutti quelli che incontra. Il personale descrive Wallace come un ragazzo amichevole e un po' sprovveduto, che aggiunge solo al suo charme. Lui cammina bene al guinzaglio e ama uscire fuori, rendendolo un ottimo compagno per qualcuno che apprezza passeggiate regolari e il tempo all'aperto. Wallace è abbastanza vocale e non si nasconde nel esprimere se stesso, quindi la sua nuova casa dovrà essere comprensiva di questa caratteristica. È poco socializzato con altri cani, quindi avrà bisogno di introduzioni attente e controllate e di formazione continua per aiutarlo a costruire fiducia e competenze appropriate con gli altri cani. Quando Wallace è arrivato da noi, aveva bisogno di cure veterinarie per un ostruzione e un Entropion (una condizione che colpisce le sue palpebre), entrambe le quali sono state ora curate con successo. È sempre stato un bravo ragazzo durante la sua permanenza dal veterinario anche se un po' agitato. Si è ripreso bene ed è pronto a procedere in una casa amorevole. A causa del suo incrocio e dei suoi bisogni formativi, Wallace richiederà un padrone esperto che sia impegnato a continuare la sua formazione e socializzazione. Beneficerebbe di un giardino privato e sicuro. Wallace dovrà essere l'unico cane in casa. Poiché Wallace è entrato in casa come randagio, non abbiamo alcuna storia precedente su di lui, quindi preferiremmo che i bambini in casa abbiano almeno 14 anni.

Wallace is a big hearted, loveable boy. He is looking for a committed and experienced home. He forms strong bonds with people and has a sweet affectionate nature that wins over everyone he meets. Staff describe Wallace as a friendly, slightly dopey boy which only adds to his charm. He walks nicely on the lead and enjoys getting out and about, making him a great companion for someone who likes regular walks and spending time outdoors. Wallace is quite a vocal lad and isn’t shy about expressing himself, so his new home will need to be understanding of this trait. He is under socialised around other dogs, so will need careful, controlled introductions and ongoing training to help him build confidence and appropriate skills around other dogs. When Wallace first arrived with us, he required veterinary care for a blockage and Entropian (a condition affecting his eyelids), both of which have now been successfully treated. He was always such a good boy whilst at the vets although a little wriggly. He has recovered well and is ready to move forward into a loving home. Due to his breed mix and training needs, Wallace will require an experienced owner who is committed to continuing his training and socialisation. He would benefit from a private secure garden. Wallace will need to be the only dog in the home. As Wallace came into the home as a stray we have no previous history on him so would prefer any children in the home to be 14+ years
