Walter è un ragazzo con due lati, uno molto buffo e affettuoso e un altro che preoccupa e manca di fiducia. Sta lavorando duramente con il suo addestratore per sentirsi più rilassato ed è in fase di ottimi risultati, e lui prospererebbe in una famiglia attiva che voglia continuare a incoraggiarlo a essere sicuro. Walter è molto giocoso e ama correre dietro ai giochi, e ha anche iniziato a imparare ad usare alcune delle attrezzature di agilità del centro (sebbene noi lo aiutiamo con la bilancia!). È anche un esperto abbracciatori! Anche se è spesso vivace, ci sono momenti in cui può essere un po' preoccupato in situazioni nuove, quindi i suoi adottatori devono essere certi di dargli tempo per abituarsi a casa e non aspettarsi troppo troppo velocemente. Avrà bisogno di tempo per calmare i nervi prima che la sua curiosità prenda il sopravvento e possa esplorare la sua nuova casa. Ha tante potenzialità con la giusta famiglia e avendo appena due anni ha un futuro luminoso davanti a sé. Walter può vivere con bambini sopra i 14 anni e anche se deve essere l'unico animale in casa, sta imparando a rilassarsi intorno ai cani. Abbiamo un history limitata per lui quindi non possiamo garantire che Walter sia addestrato a fare i bisogni fuori, e avrà bisogno di qualcuno in casa per la maggior parte della giornata mentre si abitua per aiutarlo con l'addestramento ai bisogni e per assicurarsi che non diventi distruttivo.

Walter is a boy with two sides, one very silly and affectionate and then one that worries and lacks confidence. He’s been working hard with his trainer to feel more relaxed and is doing brilliantly, and he would thrive with an active family who want to keeping encouraging him to be confident. Walter is very playful and loves to skip about after toys, and he’s even begun learning to use some of the centre agility equipment (although we do help him with the see saw!). He's also an expert cuddler! Although he is often boisterous, there are times when he can be a little worried in new situations so his adopters must be sure to give him time to settle in at home and not expect too much too quickly. He will need time to settle his nerves before his curiosity gets the better of him and he can investigate his new home. He has bags of potential with the right family and at just two years old he has a bright future ahead of him. Walter can live with children over the age of 14 and although he needs to be the only pet at home, he is learning to relax around dogs. We have limited history for him so cannot guarantee that Walter will be house trained, and he will need somebody at home for most of the day whilst he settles to help with his toilet training and to ensure that he does not become destructive.
