Walter es un chico con dos caras, una muy juguetona y cariñosa y otra que se preocupa y carece de confianza. Ha estado trabajando duro con su entrenador para sentirse más relajado y lo está haciendo muy bien, y prosperaría con una familia activa que quiera seguir animándolo a ser seguro. Walter es muy juguetón y ama correr detrás de juguetes, e incluso ha comenzado a aprender a usar algunos de los equipos de agilidad del centro (aunque nosotros lo ayudamos con el sube y baja). ¡También es un experto en abrazos! Aunque a menudo es ruidoso, hay momentos en los que puede estar un poco preocupado en situaciones nuevas, por lo tanto sus adoptantes deben asegurarse de darle tiempo para acostumbrarse en casa y no esperar demasiado demasiado rápido. Necesitará tiempo para calmar sus nervios antes de que su curiosidad lo lleve a explorar su nueva casa. Tiene muchas posibilidades con la familia adecuada y, siendo apenas de dos años, tiene un futuro brillante por delante. Walter puede convivir con niños mayores de 14 años y aunque necesita ser el único animal en casa, está aprendiendo a relajarse alrededor de perros. Tenemos un historial limitado sobre él, por lo tanto no podemos garantizar que Walter esté entrenado para ir al baño, y necesitará que haya alguien en casa la mayor parte del día mientras se acostumbra para ayudarlo con su entrenamiento para ir al baño y asegurarse de que no se vuelva destructivo.

Walter is a boy with two sides, one very silly and affectionate and then one that worries and lacks confidence. He’s been working hard with his trainer to feel more relaxed and is doing brilliantly, and he would thrive with an active family who want to keeping encouraging him to be confident. Walter is very playful and loves to skip about after toys, and he’s even begun learning to use some of the centre agility equipment (although we do help him with the see saw!). He's also an expert cuddler! Although he is often boisterous, there are times when he can be a little worried in new situations so his adopters must be sure to give him time to settle in at home and not expect too much too quickly. He will need time to settle his nerves before his curiosity gets the better of him and he can investigate his new home. He has bags of potential with the right family and at just two years old he has a bright future ahead of him. Walter can live with children over the age of 14 and although he needs to be the only pet at home, he is learning to relax around dogs. We have limited history for him so cannot guarantee that Walter will be house trained, and he will need somebody at home for most of the day whilst he settles to help with his toilet training and to ensure that he does not become destructive.
