Zen cerca una casa con adottanti amorevoli e attivi che possano portarlo in avventure profumate, che si prendano il tempo per aiutarlo a sistemarsi e dargli tutta l'attenzione e l'affetto che merita. È un ragazzo dolce che può essere piuttosto indipendente, quindi può vivere con bambini delle scuole secondarie più grandi che giocheranno con lui gentilmente e gli daranno spazio per riposare quando necessario. Zen ama tutta l'attenzione per sé, quindi sta cercando di essere l'unico animale domestico in casa, trarrebbe beneficio da avere amici da passeggiata amichevoli e cortesi che lo aiuteranno a imparare a socializzare con altri cani in modo educato, dovrà essere tenuto al guinzaglio in pubblico in ogni momento. Zen è ancora solo un bambino e non ha imparato molto finora, ma è un ragazzo attento che potrebbe impegnarsi in sessioni di addestramento brevi e dolci purché sia disponibile un trattamento gustoso. Vorrebbe una casa con un giardino privato e sicuro per potersi aggirare a suo piacimento e fare la sua educazione all'igiene. Zen potrebbe sistemarsi bene in casa purché abbia fatto una bella passeggiata per stancarlo e gli venga lasciato arricchimento per tenerlo occupato, quindi potrebbe essere lasciato per un massimo di 4 ore, qualsiasi tempo di uscita dovrà essere costruito lentamente una volta che avrà avuto il tempo di sistemarsi nella sua nuova casa. Zen dovrà incontrare i suoi adottanti diverse volte prima di andare a casa, quindi si prega di tenere conto di tutto questo quando si fa domanda. Zen is looking for a home with loving and active adopters who can take him on sniffy adventures, who will take the time to help him settle in and give him all the love and attention he deserves. He is a sweet boy who can be quite independent, so can live with older secondary school children who will play with him nicely and will give him space to rest when needed. Zen likes all of the attention to himself, so is looking to be the only pet in the home, he would benefit from having friendly and polite walking buddies who will help him learn to socialise with other dogs in a polite way, he will need to be kept on a lead and muzzle at all times in public. Zen is still just a baby but has already done mat and crate training, he is an attentive guy who could engage in training in short, sweet sessions as long as a tasty treat is on offer. He would like a home with a private, secure garden for him to potter about in at his leisure off lead. Zen could settle nicely in the home as long as he has had a nice walk to tucker him out and is left enrichment to keep him busy, so could be left for up to 4 hours, any leaving time would need to be built up slowly once he has had time to settle into his new home. Zen will need to meet his adopters multiple times prior to going home with possible home trial to make sure he is settling in well so please bear all of this in mind when applying. Please note that should you be shortlisted, our rehoming process usually takes up to 7 days, and potential adopters would be required to come up to the centre to meet him within 48hrs of being shortlisted. Sweet and inquisitive lad Zen is a 1 year old Staffy cross who can be quite independent to begin with, but soon warms up to his favourite people. He likes to explore, sniffing everything in sight, he hasn’t really figured out what he is supposed to do with toys yet, he is intrigued by them and will give them a sniff and a paw, but isn’t sure what to do with them, he is waiting for a family who can show him the ropes. Once he has built a bond with you he likes to be in your business, following you around like a shadow, seeing what you are up to and if he can help.
