Walker è un splendido Lurcher di 3 anni che adora essere coccolato e apprezzare l'attenzione delle persone, mostrando rapidamente il suo lato affettuoso una volta che si sente a proprio agio. Mentre Walker ha convivuto con altri cani, può talvolta essere incerto, quindi avrà bisogno di essere l'unico cane in casa per ora, con molte opportunità di socializzare una volta che si sarà sistemato. Walker ha dimostrato di avere difficoltà quando è lasciato solo, quindi avrà bisogno di una casa paziente che possa gradualmente costruire la sua fiducia nel rimanere solo e aiutarlo a sentirsi sicuro nel suo ambiente. Può anche trovare ambienti affollati soverchianti a volte, quindi una casa calma e comprensiva gli si addice meglio. È un ragazzo entusiasta che potrebbe saltare su quando è eccitato, quindi sarebbe meglio adatto a una casa con bambini di età 10+ che sono sicuri intorno a cani più vivaci. Poiché Walker è entrato in rifugio senza storia di casa, avrà bisogno di aiuto per i suoi fondamentali, tra cui l'addestramento alla pipì, ma adora i suoi premi che aiuteranno nell'addestramento!

Walker is a stunning 3-year-old Lurcher who adores a fuss and enjoys attention from people, quickly showing his affectionate side once he feels comfortable. Whilst Walker has mixed with other dogs, he can be unsure at times, so he will need to be the only dog in his home for now with plenty of opportunities to socialise once he's settled. Walker has shown that he can struggle when left alone, so he will need a patient home that can gradually build up his confidence with being alone and help him feel secure in his environment. He can also find busy surroundings overwhelming at times, so a calm and understanding home will suit him best. He is an excitable boy who may jump up when excited, so he would be best suited to a home with children aged 10+ who are confident around more bouncy dogs. As Walker has come into is with no home history he will need help with his basics, including housetraining, but he LOVES his treats which will help with any training!
