Wij zijn toegewijd aan het bieden van een website die toegankelijk is voor zo'n breed mogelijk publiek, ongeacht technologie of vermogen. Wij werken actief aan het vergroten van de toegankelijkheid en gebruiksvriendelijkheid van onze website en houden ons aan veel van de beschikbare standaarden en richtlijnen. Deze website streeft ernaar conformiteit te bereiken met niveau Double-A van de Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 van het World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Deze richtlijnen leggen uit hoe webinhoud toegankelijker gemaakt kan worden voor mensen met beperkingen. Conformiteit met deze richtlijnen zal helpen om het web gebruikersvriendelijker te maken voor iedereen. Deze site is opgebouwd met code die voldoet aan de W3C-standaarden voor HTML en CSS. De site wordt correct weergegeven in huidige browsers en het gebruik van standaard-compliant HTML/CSS betekent dat ook toekomstige browsers de site correct zullen weergeven. Hoewel wij ons inzetten om aan de aangenomen richtlijnen en standaarden voor toegankelijkheid en gebruiksvriendelijkheid te voldoen, is dit niet altijd mogelijk in alle gebieden van de website. We zoeken continu naar oplossingen die ervoor zorgen dat alle gebieden van de site op hetzelfde niveau van webtoegankelijkheid komen. Tenzij u problemen ondervindt bij het openen van onze website, aarzel dan niet om contact met ons op te nemen. Door het gebruik van een up-to-date browser (het programma dat u gebruikt om internet te verkennen) hebt u toegang tot een veel rijkere reeks opties om u te helpen terwijl u zich door deze site beweegt. De standaardbrowsers die wij aanbevelen staan hieronder met links om ze te installeren: Nadat ze zijn geïnstalleerd, zullen ze elk hun eigen selectie van toegankelijkheidsopties bieden en kunnen er eventueel extra opties zijn via plug-ins. Zodra ingesteld, blijft de site in deze stijl voor maximaal 30 dagen of tot u een andere optie kiest. Wij doen ons best om ervoor te zorgen dat de site correct eruitziet in deze verschillende stijlen, maar vanwege de constante veranderingen in de site en de inhoud, is dit niet altijd mogelijk. Toetsenbordkortingen / Toegangsleutels Verschillende browsers gebruiken verschillende toetscombinaties om toegangsleutels te activeren, zoals hieronder: De meeste moderne browsers delen de meest gebruikte toegankelijkheidstools, hier is een lijst met nuttige functies: Incrementele zoekactieDe incrementele zoekactie stelt u in staat om stapsgewijs te zoeken naar een specifiek woord of zin op een pagina. Om dit in uw browser te activeren, druk en houd Ctrl/Command vast en druk vervolgens op F. Dit opent een vak waarin u uw zoekterm kunt typen. Terwijl u typt, worden de overeenkomsten op de pagina gemarkeerd. Ruimtelijke navigatieDoor op tab te drukken springt u naar elk item waarmee u op een pagina kunt interacteren. Door op de SHIFT-toets te houden en vervolgens te drukken op tab, gaat u terug naar het vorige item. Caretnavigatie (alleen voor Internet Explorer en Firefox)In plaats van een muis te gebruiken om tekst te selecteren en zich binnen een webpagina te verplaatsen, kunt u standaard navigatieknoppen op uw toetsenbord gebruiken: Home, End, Page Up, Page Down & pijltjes. Deze functie is genoemd naar de caret, of cursor, die verschijnt wanneer u een document bewerkt. Om deze functie in te schakelen, drukt u op de F7-toets bovenaan uw toetsenbord en kiest u of u de caret wilt inschakelen op de tab die u bekijkt of op alle tabs. SpatietoetsDrukken op de spatietoets op een webpagina verplaatst de pagina die u bekijkt naar het volgende zichtbare gedeelte van de pagina. TekstlettertypenAfhankelijk van uw browser kunt u alle letters op de site overschrijven met een lettertype dat voor u gemakkelijker leesbaar is. Opties vindt u in de instellingen/voorkeuren van uw browser. Verander het lettertype in Internet Explorer Verhoog uw weergaveU kunt de browservoervergroting activeren met deze toetsenbordverkortingen. Om uw hele computerbeeldscherm te vergroten, bevatten zowel Windows als Apple OS X opties om uw schermweergave te vergroten:WindowsApple OS X Laat uw computer de site hardop voorlezenDeze website is opgebouwd met screen readers in gedachten. Menu's, afbeeldingen en invoervelden hebben de juiste markeringen en markup om te complimenteren met uw gekozen screen reader.
