Prachtige Benji is een van vijf puppy's geboren uit zijn moeder, Sunshine, die een geweldige moeder is geweest voor het hele kalf. Benji is de rustigste lid van het kalf, met een fijne zachte aard en een zeer lief temperament. Hij is goed met kinderen, geniet van de maatschappij van andere honden en heeft een natuurlijk gehoorzame persoonlijkheid, wat hem tot een belonende puppy zou maken om te trainen. Hij wordt verwacht om ongeveer de grootte van een labrador te worden als hij volwassen is. Zijn moeder, Sunshine, weegt 28 kg, dus Benji's toekomstige familie moet zich voorbereiden op een middelgrote of grote hond terwijl hij volwassen wordt. Benji is nog een jonge puppy, dus hij zal alle gebruikelijke leidinggeving, geduld en consistentie nodig hebben terwijl hij de wereld ontdekt. Met voortgezet oefenen, socialisatie en liefde heeft hij alles in huis om een geweldige gezinscompanion te worden. Benji komt volledig ingevaccineerd en met uitgebreide gezondheidscontroles, waaronder: De meeste van onze honden zijn als jonge pups verlaten en weggegooid als ongewenste kalfjes, zoals vaak het geval is in Portugal waar kastratie niet zo gangbaar is als in het Verenigd Koninkrijk. He has a lovely, gentle nature and a wonderfully sweet temperament—but he is also a real social butterfly! Benji is great with strangers and loves nothing more than rolling over to show new friends his belly. He enjoys meeting everyone, whether they have two legs or four, and happily accompanies his foster family to the local pub, on doggy playdates and on trips to Redfields Garden Centre, where he receives plenty of attention and cuddles. He loves other dogs and enjoys playing with them, but he is confident and people-focused enough to live happily as an only dog. He could therefore be considered for a home with or without another suitable resident dog. Benji also enjoys playing with children and would make a lovely addition to a family. He is good on the lead, enjoys getting out and about, and approaches new people and experiences with enthusiasm. Naturally eager to please and extremely food-focused, Benji should be a very rewarding puppy to train. Food is definitely the way to his heart—and makes teaching him new things much easier! Benji is expected to grow to approximately Labrador size when fully grown, similar to his mum, Sunshine. He is still a young puppy and will need the usual patience, guidance and consistency as he continues learning about the world. With ongoing training, socialisation and plenty of love, Benji has all the makings of a wonderful family companion. Benji is fully vaccinated and has had comprehensive health checks, including: Most of our dogs have been found abandoned as young pups, discarded as unwanted litters, as is often the case in Portugal where neutering is not as common as in the UK.
