He is a remarkably communicative companion who thrives on human connection and cuddles. His zest for life is evident in his love for play, and will enjoy playing ball and walking with his family. While Dustin is an endearing and loyal soul, he needs a quiet and calm home where someone is around much of the time. He has recently moved to Wales and is flourishing in a quiet, countryside setting but is unhappy apart from his people. He requires a patient, adult-only home where his family is prepared to provide a calm atmosphere and commit to his ongoing training. He currently lives with dogs and would find a calm, female dachshund to be a helpful companion, offering him a sense of stability as he learns to navigate the world. Dustin is currently undergoing a pain trial for potential discomfort in his back legs and hips. He is also starting on anti anxiety medication to help him navigate moving to a new home.
