Milan to 3-letni mieszańczyk z Rumunii, ważący około 21 kg. Ten średni chłopak przeszedł przez wiele trudności, ale jego łagodny duch i ciepłe "uśmiechy" wciąż się przebija. Może być trochę wrażliwy i niespokojny przy poznawaniu nowych ludzi lub zmagań z nieznanymi sytuacjami. Jednak kiedy nauczy się Cię ufać, Milan staje się niezwykle uprzejmy i lubi spędzać czas z ludźmi. Ma też zabawny bok – lubi zabawki, gry i spaceruje doskonale na smyczy. Milan dobrze się dogaduje z innymi psami i, przy ostrożnych wprowadzeniach, mógłby szczęśliwie mieszkać z canine companion. Spotkał już kota i pokazał mało zainteresowania, dopóki ten nie uciekł – wtedy włączyła się instynkt polowania – więc najlepiej byłoby dom bez kotów (lub z bardzo doświadczonym kotem). Prawdopodobnie Milan nie mieszkał wcześniej w domu, więc może wymagać wsparcia w szkoleniu do toalety i przystosowaniu do życia domowego. Ze względu na początkową ostrożność, będzie najlepiej pasował do spokojnego domu bez dzieci lub starszych dzieci, które znają psy. Mimo wszystkiego, co przeżył, Milan to szczęśliwe, miłe istotka. Z cierpliwością, pocieszeniem i czasem na dostosowanie, rozkwitnie jako wierny i oddany kompan. Jest całkowicie zaszczepiony, z czipem, leczony od pasożytów i kastrowany.

Milan is a gorgeous 3-year-old crossbreed from Romania, weighing around 21kg. This lovely medium-sized boy has been through a lot, but despite everything, his gentle nature and heart-warming “smile” continue to shine through. Milan can be a little sensitive and nervous when meeting new people or finding himself in unfamiliar situations. But once he learns that he can trust you, you’ll see a completely different side of him. He becomes incredibly affectionate, loves spending time with his humans and has a wonderfully playful personality too. He enjoys toys, games and exploring. He also loves going for walks and having plenty of time to stop and enjoy a good sniff, and he walks beautifully on the lead. He also enjoys the company of other dogs and has made lots of lovely doggy friends during his time at Islay. He particularly enjoys having a good play and romp around with his canine pals in the secure area. With careful introductions, we feel Milan could happily share his forever home with another friendly dog. Milan has met a cat previously and showed very little interest — until the cat ran! His chase instinct then kicked in, so we feel a cat-free home would be best, unless there is a very dog-savvy cat who is accustomed to living with dogs. It is unlikely that Milan has ever lived in a home before, so his new family will need to be patient and understanding as he learns all about domestic life. He may need some support with toilet training, settling into a home and discovering all the wonderful things that come with being a much-loved pet. Sadly, Milan is beginning to show signs of sadness. He has watched many of his doggy friends leave Islay for their forever homes while he has been left behind. Now, it is Milan’s turn.
