Olive é um Border Collie Cruz de 18 meses. Foi resgatada de sua casa após um vizinho testemunhar o dono macho abusando dela, ele agora está sendo processado. Ela está em gaiolas desde dezembro de 2025. Compreensivelmente, Olive pode ficar preocupada ao conhecer novas pessoas, mas com tempo faz amizade rapidamente. Ela precisará de um dono que compreenda seu passado traumático e tenha a paciência para ajudá-la a ganhar confiança e lhe oferecer o amor que ela merece. Às vezes ela late para outros cães, mas quando em contato próximo se comporta bem, embora não saiba realmente como agir. Nos disseram que ela viveu com outro cão. Ela brinca com brinquedos e responde a comandos básicos. Olive tem dificuldade em ambientes movimentados e se estressa facilmente, nas gaiolas ela costuma arranhar a coleira e às vezes a roupa dos funcionários, mas assim que sai das gaiolas se acalma rapidamente. As you may have noticed this lovely girl is not, in fact, a Border Collie. She somehow made the journey over from Ireland and into our rescue before anyone asked too many questions, so now we’re simply rolling with it!She came into our care from another rescue after being given up from her previous home, where she was reportedly a little bossy with the other dog in the house and could guard her toys. She later spent time in foster care and was said to be very good with the children there but did snap at the grandmother.Since arriving with us, she has been a little shy meeting people but quickly warmed up to staff and happily sought affection and attention. She has also walked nicely alongside another dog and is settling into kennel life well.She did spend one night in a home but was returned as the following morning when she was out in the garden she snapped at the female owners arm causing a tooth scrape and also tore a small hole in her top.We think she would suit a home that can give her clear boundaries, patience, and time to settle. She’s a sweet little character with lots of potential and we’re sure there’s someone out there willing to forgive her for not being a Border Collie!HOMING FEE £300
