Välkommen till Nick, en känslig och trevlig Saluki pojke på 6 år. När han först kom var Nick rädd och försiktig med människor, men i sitt vuxenhem har han långsamt börjat ta sig ur sin skal, njuta av doften, mat och kramar med sina favoritmänniskor. Nick har fortfarande svårt att hantera livet, så han behöver en lugn, tålmodig och förstående familj för att hjälpa honom fortsätta bygga självförtroende. Han får trygghet från andra hundar och skulle ha nytta av att bo med en lugn och självsäker hundkamrat för att hjälpa honom att känna sig trygg. Han gör det bra med husbetalning i sitt vuxenhem, men kan behöva något stöd när han anpassar sig till ett nytt miljö. Vissa hemljud kan fortfarande vara lite oroande för honom, men han växer i självförtroende varje dag. Nick kan potentiellt bo med barn över 14 år som respekterar hans blyga natur och är glada att ge honom utrymme när det behövs. Med rätt hem och mjuk ledning kommer denna trevliga pojke verkligen att blomstra. Meet Nick, a sensitive and sweet Saluki boy of 6 years. When he first arrived, Nick was scared and wary of people, but in his foster home he has slowly begun to come out of his shell, enjoying sniffs, snacks, and snuggles with his favourite humans. Nick is still finding life a little overwhelming, so he’ll need a calm, patient, and understanding family to help him continue building confidence. He gains reassurance from other dogs and would benefit from living with a calm, confident canine companion to help him feel secure. He is doing well with house training in his foster home, though he may need some support when settling into a new environment. Some household noises can still be a little worrying for him, but he is slowly growing in confidence every day. Nick could potentially live with children aged 14+ who are respectful of his shy nature and happy to give him space when needed. With the right home and gentle guidance, this sweet boy will truly flourish. A message from Nick’s foster family: “Our loveliest, sweet, gentle, shy and beautiful boy! Nick's been fostered with us and proved to be a very loving house-guest. He's such an affectionate boy; he quietly squeezes beside me on the sofa enjoying lots of silky strokes. He's working on his anxiety and resilience and making progress. He's definitely learned how to love and will reward his forever human with being the centre of his world. My favourite thing he's liked to do recently is sitting down in the meadow enjoying the breeze through his fur. He's not just a pretty face!
