Deejay is a stunning, graceful Podenco Ibicenco (Ibizan Hound) who trots around elegantly like a show pony! He was rescued by one of our partner kennels recently after he was spotted out and about straying. He’s a really lovely nicely balanced chap who has stolen the hearts of all the volunteers. He can be a little wary in new situations initially and shy around newcomers but he loves people he knows and will make a wonderful companion. He is fantastic with other dogs, and loves to play and would ideally benefit from at least one other dog in the home, but for a patient adopter we do think he could blossom as an only dog in time. He is a very gentle boy and a slightly quieter household would suit him best. He does like to be active and is still a young boy, so an active family feels important for him. Deejay is neutered, vaccinated and has tested negative for Mediterranean diseases. He is passported and available for adoption now. If you would prefer to make a one off donation, please click below
