Deejay est un magnifique, élégant Podenco Ibicenco (Ibizan Hound) qui trotte avec grâce comme un cheval de spectacle ! Il a été sauvé par l'une de nos écuries partenaires récemment après avoir été repéré en train de errer. C'est un très gentil jeune homme équilibré qui a captivé les cœurs de tous les bénévoles. Il peut être un peu méfiant au début dans les nouvelles situations et timide avec les nouveaux venus, mais il adore les personnes qu'il connaît et fera un merveilleux compagnon. Il est très bien avec les autres chiens et aime jouer, il bénéficierait idéalement d'au moins un autre chien à la maison, mais pour un adoptant patient, nous pensons qu'il pourrait s'épanouir en tant que seul chien avec le temps. C'est un tout petit garçon très doux et un environnement plus calme lui conviendrait mieux. Il aime être actif et est encore un jeune garçon, donc une famille active est importante pour lui. Deejay est stérilisé, vacciné et a eu un test négatif pour les maladies méditerranéennes - nous sommes en cours de le retester en totalité. Deejay is a stunning, graceful Podenco Ibicenco (Ibizan Hound) who trots around elegantly like a show pony! He was rescued by one of our partner kennels recently after he was spotted out and about straying. He’s a really lovely nicely balanced chap who has stolen the hearts of all the volunteers. He can be a little wary in new situations initially and shy around newcomers but he loves people he knows and will make a wonderful companion. He is fantastic with other dogs, and loves to play and would ideally benefit from at least one other dog in the home, but for a patient adopter we do think he could blossom as an only dog in time. He is a very gentle boy and a slightly quieter household would suit him best. He does like to be active and is still a young boy, so an active family feels important for him. Deejay is neutered, vaccinated and snap tested negative for Mediterranean diseases - we are in the process of re-testing him in full. He is passported and available for adoption now.
