Rhesi är en tyst och vänlig Podenco-misch, som kom till oss efter att ha räddats från att vistas på gatorna i Guadalmina, Marbella. Hon var inte i dåligt fysiskt skick när hon kom, bara blyg och lite rädd. Rhesi är en uppmärksammande, vacker blandras, inte en vanlig utseende! Rhesi går så lugnt och mjukt på leken, och det är mycket trevligt att vara i hennes närhet. Hennes närvaro är lugnande, hon är verkligen mycket lugn, tålamodig, fin med alla människor, och överväldigar ingen. Rhesi kan potentiellt också gå med en familj med autistiska eller annars känsliga personer, hennes närvaro skulle förmodligen passa med personer med särskilda sinnen. Rhesi är god med andra hundar, och en utmärkt undervisningshund, som kommunicerar tydligt med andra hundar, och uttrycker sina gränser artigt och effektivt. Hon har bott tillsammans med en mycket liten honhund, och nu med en aktiv, uppspänd ung hanhund också. Rhesi kan också vara en enda hund i ett hem, och vi önskar verkligen ett hem för henne i en lugn miljö nära naturen, på grund av hennes egna mjuka natur. Hon kan vara lite blyg i början, men börjar snabbt förtro till människor genom att komma till dig och lägga sin näsa och ansikte i dina händer. Rhesi älskar goda bitar och mat, och när hon vet att du har något mysigt, kommer hennes svans att fortsätta att rusa, och hon är tacksam för maten och uppmärksammelsen. Rhesi är lämplig för ett hem med äldre människor, absolut, men samtidigt också för en familj med stillsamma, utbildade barn, kanske med blyga barn, som behöver en stödjande vän i sitt liv. Detta är en mycket speciell, vacker flicka, och vi söker ett mycket kärleksfullt hem för henne. Hennes skuldrörelse är 49 cm.

Rhesi is a calm and affectionate Podenco-Mix girl who came to us after she was rescued from the streets of Guadalmina, Marbella, without a microchip. Luckily, she was not in a pysically bad condition when she arrived, like many dogs are, she was just a little shy and scared. Rhesi is a beautiful mixed-breed dog who catches attention with her special looks and calm stance. Sge walks very smoothly on the leash and it is a pleasure to be around her, her presence is relaxing, she is very calm, patient and affectionate with all people, without overwhelming anyone. Rhesi could also integrate well into a family with autistic members or people with other sensitivites, as her presence would likely be a good fit for people with special needs. Rhesi gets on well with other dogs and is an excellent educator dog, communicating clearly with other dogs, and expressing her boundaries effectively. When another dog is approaching her in a provocative manner, then she is not a victim dog, and will bark back or communicate with body language that she is a boss lady. Rhesi has lived together with different social females and males before, and she could either be a single dog of a family, or join a home with a friendly, respectful male dog waiting for her - he can be high energy, playful, quiet, scared - Rhesi can be a supportive partner to a variety of dogs, just not dominant ones. She would like a home in a quiet neighborhood, a small town, or even a home in the nature. She might be a little bit shy at first when she is meeting new people, but she quickly starts to trust people, approaching with her nose. If you have snacks, she will find them! Rhesi loves delicious snacks. Rhesi could fit into a variety of different homes, including elderly calm people, or young couples who like to take their dog to different places like working cafes, long walks, friends house - she is polite everywhere. Or families with quiet, well-behaved, shy children, who maybe are shy around too energetic, big, jumpy dogs. In addition to regularily helping the shelter team in new dog checks and socialisations, Rhesi has also been out of the shelter for the day in a few occasions, to see how she is doing in a busier environment, like a social walk event with many dogs and humans on the Marbella Promenade, and visiting a volunteers home, and also visiting a town centre. Rhesi is very much ready for life outside the shelter, and even though she is a little bit shy to get into the car, once she is in, she behaves politely. She walks very nicely on the leash, keeps busy with sniffing around, and does not bother humans or other dogs. When other dogs barked at her, she just looked at them and then continue on her walk. Of course when visiting new places for the first time, she is shy and quiet, but she trusts her human, and then follows her human trustingly into all situations. Her shoulder height is 49cm.
