Rhesi è una ragazza Podenco Mix tranquilla e gentile, che è arrivata da noi dopo che è stata salvata mentre girovagava per le strade di Guadalmina, Marbella. Non era in cattive condizioni fisiche quando è arrivata, solo timida e un po' spaventata. Rhesi è un cane molto attraente, di razza mista, con un aspetto non molto comune! Rhesi cammina molto calma e dolcemente al guinzaglio, e è molto piacevole stare accanto a lei. La sua presenza è rilassante, è veramente molto calma, paziente, dolce con tutte le persone, e non sovrasta nessuno. Rhesi potrebbe anche entrare a far parte di una famiglia con persone autistiche o comunque sensibili, la sua presenza probabilmente si adatterebbe alle persone con sensibilità particolari. Rhesi va d'accordo con altri cani ed è un ottimo cane educatore, che comunica chiaramente con gli altri cani e esprime i suoi limiti in modo cortese ed efficace. Ha convissuto con un piccolo cane femmina e ora con un maschio giovane attivo ed entusiasta. Rhesi potrebbe anche essere l'unico cane di una casa, e desideriamo veramente una casa per lei in un quartiere tranquillo vicino alla natura, per via della sua natura dolce. Può essere un po' timida all'inizio, ma inizia a fidarsi velocemente, venendo da te e mettendoti il naso e il viso nelle mani. Rhesi ama le leccornie e i cibi, e una volta che sa che hai qualcosa di buono, la sua coda continuerà a muoversi, e è grata per il cibo e l'attenzione. Rhesi è adatta a una casa con persone anziane, assolutamente, ma allo stesso tempo anche a una famiglia con bambini più tranquilli e istruiti, forse con bambini timidi, che hanno bisogno di un amico di supporto nella loro vita. Questa è una ragazza molto speciale e bella, e stiamo cercando una casa molto amorevole per lei. L'altezza al garrese è 49 cm.

Rhesi is a calm and affectionate Podenco-Mix girl who came to us after she was rescued from the streets of Guadalmina, Marbella, without a microchip. Luckily, she was not in a pysically bad condition when she arrived, like many dogs are, she was just a little shy and scared. Rhesi is a beautiful mixed-breed dog who catches attention with her special looks and calm stance. Sge walks very smoothly on the leash and it is a pleasure to be around her, her presence is relaxing, she is very calm, patient and affectionate with all people, without overwhelming anyone. Rhesi could also integrate well into a family with autistic members or people with other sensitivites, as her presence would likely be a good fit for people with special needs. Rhesi gets on well with other dogs and is an excellent educator dog, communicating clearly with other dogs, and expressing her boundaries effectively. When another dog is approaching her in a provocative manner, then she is not a victim dog, and will bark back or communicate with body language that she is a boss lady. Rhesi has lived together with different social females and males before, and she could either be a single dog of a family, or join a home with a friendly, respectful male dog waiting for her - he can be high energy, playful, quiet, scared - Rhesi can be a supportive partner to a variety of dogs, just not dominant ones. She would like a home in a quiet neighborhood, a small town, or even a home in the nature. She might be a little bit shy at first when she is meeting new people, but she quickly starts to trust people, approaching with her nose. If you have snacks, she will find them! Rhesi loves delicious snacks. Rhesi could fit into a variety of different homes, including elderly calm people, or young couples who like to take their dog to different places like working cafes, long walks, friends house - she is polite everywhere. Or families with quiet, well-behaved, shy children, who maybe are shy around too energetic, big, jumpy dogs. In addition to regularily helping the shelter team in new dog checks and socialisations, Rhesi has also been out of the shelter for the day in a few occasions, to see how she is doing in a busier environment, like a social walk event with many dogs and humans on the Marbella Promenade, and visiting a volunteers home, and also visiting a town centre. Rhesi is very much ready for life outside the shelter, and even though she is a little bit shy to get into the car, once she is in, she behaves politely. She walks very nicely on the leash, keeps busy with sniffing around, and does not bother humans or other dogs. When other dogs barked at her, she just looked at them and then continue on her walk. Of course when visiting new places for the first time, she is shy and quiet, but she trusts her human, and then follows her human trustingly into all situations. Her shoulder height is 49cm.
