Agela Tieroase Heuchelheim, foster placement in 63683 Ortenberg. Please send inquiries by e-mail or WhatsApp. You will be called back, as we work shifts. Thank you. Born around March 2024 Blind Greek cat urgently seeks a home The little "Agela" is about 1½ years old. She grew up on the streets of Rhodes. Unfortunately, she cannot see, and her hearing is not the best either. Caring people noticed that she was behaving strangely and seemed somewhat disoriented. They looked after her lovingly and informed "Flying Cats," so that Agela would be taken care of. A foster family in Germany was found quickly, and she was able to fly to Germany. She orients herself very well and has a normal pupil reaction, meaning her eyes respond to light and dark, and she can perceive shadows. The veterinarian suspects she had an accident and that the optic nerve was damaged; it is possible that her vision will improve over time. She can perceive some sounds, while others she does not hear. On the whole, she manages very well. She copes with stairs and climbs and jumps up wherever she can reach with her front paws. Agela is very affectionate and loves to be cuddled. She has velvety-soft fur. She loves to play and enjoys shredding cardboard boxes. She gets along well with older children (from age 8). Unfortunately, she is an absolute single cat. She does not want to live with other animals in her new home. We are looking for a home for her that is strictly indoor, with a secured balcony or at least a secured window. She enjoys having the wind blow around her nose. Of course, as a single cat she should not be left alone for too long. She can be met in Ortenberg-Bergheim. Agela is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested negative for FeLV/FIV.
